Top service. Used a couple of times. Super professional and extremely courteous. Went out of way to help with towing and jump start.

Mike provides high-​quality, timely, friendly, reasonably priced service with a smile. Who could ask for anything more from a towing service?

Michael is awesome, I called him because I locked my keys in my car. He came within 15 minutes, opened my door in about a minute, and charged a fair price!

Needed to tow the car from my house to a tire shop. Michael arrived right on schedule and was friendly /​professional from the get-​go. He was extremely careful when going over speed bumps, etc, and obviously respects the cars he’s towing. As a bonus, Michael appears to be a car guy and we had a great chat on the way to the shop. Price was much better than others in the area. Everything you could hope for in a tow service! He’s easily my go-​to if I need towing again.

Needed a tow to a repair shop. My insurance company was going to send Custom Towing. I put the brakes to that (if you’ll pardon the pun) pretty quickly. I had problems with Custom Towing in the past (see my review about that). I asked then to send someone else. They sent Mike from Michael’s Towing.
He arrived quickly, was professional and courteous, and performed the job efficiently (in other words, no muss no fuss).
I would have no qualms using this business again in the future, but much like a doctor, I hope I don’t have reason to see Mike again in the near future.

So I had to get a tow after my car wouldnt start. I thought I would have a crappy experience like i usually do when i have to deal with dispatch or tow truck drivers.
But then that changed after I found a horsehoe, Mike came out, and he had a nice tow truck. He had a flat bed tow which is nice for my truck because I dont like a piece of shit tow trucks that drags your nice car all over town, hitting every pot hole in moco land.
Anyways, Mr good looking Mike. with the nice sparkling blue eyes… was so good looking, i mean soo courteous and professional and gave me a jump and then a tow. A nice drive to my dealership. His tow truck was very clean and not stinky. Even though my car was in bad shape and needed costly repairs, Mr Mike was sooo nice and courteous, let alone sooo hot! Omg, i couldnt look at him cause he was soo good looking… if I ever need a tow, I will call Mikes!

Michael from Michael’s Towing turned what could have been a bad day into a day where I really started feeling the holiday spirit for the first time this season.
Today I ran out of gas. As I sat on the side of an exit ramp off of 270, with no shoulder, waiting to be rescued, this tow truck pulled up that said Michael’s Towing. Michael asked if I needed help and then offered me the rest of the gas he had in his gas can. When I asked him how much it would be he said he only had about a ½ a gallon and he would not charge me for it. Unfortunately, it was not enough to get my car started since I was parked on an incline. He said he would wait with me until the person i called arrived with the can of gas. I offered him a couple of dollars but he didn’t want to take it. Some people just have a good heart and are in the holiday spirit. Thank you Michael’s Towing!
