These guys are great, honest and reliable. Not sure where Binh N. went but I don’t think it was here. My son is a mechanic and everything they suggested I needed my son concurred. And they do it with a smile and old fashioned pride.

Got my transmission flushed and differential fluid changed on my Is300 great service for a great price.

They are very informative and don’t necessarily make your get the suggestive services at their store. I’ve been getting my oil change here for over 2 years. It’s quick and convenient. There’s a waiting room.

I’ve been coming here since I moved into the area in 2012. The service is always fast and efficient. I’ve brought my 2 Jeeps and 1 Honda in for their full service oil changes and have never had a problem. The pricing is competitive, too.
My interaction with the guys there has always been positive and keeps me coming back!

I had an oil change there not to long ago, I noticed leaking in one of my hoses my son in law mechanic check it and said that the clamps were on incorrectly. It was his opinion that it was done on purpose, The oil change was less than 45 days ago, This could of been a disaster for me with my hose rupturing. I will never go there again,

These guys are dishonest and say they refill your fluids and fluids are added but for some reason my fluids are still low.
Also they want to fix other things on your car. I came here for an oil change not for someone to open up my air filter saying it needs to be replaced

9 April 2016 —– UPDAT$ — –Once again, another great experience with Frank and his staff at Brothers Express Lube! He went over all of the maintenance my car needed and got me in and out very quickly. This time I had the drain and fill on the transmission, along with checking all fluids and the oil change (per, the usual). We finally got some rain today so I had my windshield wiper blades replaced (finally!) Great pricing.
I love that I can ask questions about my service and get informed, helpful answers. I never feel like I’m being treated like a moron here, unlike other places I’ve gone. Thank you Frank and Co. for always doing a great job. You guys are the best.

I’ve been coming here for some time now and it’s never a fail. They guys here are very nice and helpful, they do a great job, fast and easy for a girl (since they don’t try to sell me things I don’t need) oh and on the plus side! there’s a car wash literally right next door. So why not kill two birds with one stone… great job guys!

Excellent, quick service every time I go for an oil change. The only place I go that doesn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need, I can get my oil change and leave in peace!
The Smog check portion is also 5 stars. My girlfriend was having a problem with her check engine light, so we brought the car over and after using their machine they let us know the problem FREE OF CHARGE. They didn’t charge us or try to sell us a bunch of stuff we don’t need. These guys have character and care about every customer!
I highly recommend this place for all oil changes or smog checks!

Amazing place. Great people. I have been goong here for regular maintenance since i moved out here a year ago on the recommendation of my family. A few times, i have needed actual work done. Francisco (the owner) has been honest and given the best prices. I reccomend the place over any place else!

Brought my 2010 camaro here, great service, great staff. Took about 25 mins. Got full synthetic Mobile 1. Ran about $ 100. Full service an a free vacuum on the interior. Definitely recommend this place an will be returning on the next oil change.

Great friendly service! Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Prices are reasonable, and Francisco was very professional. Received great costumer service! Will definitely come back, especially since it’s conveniently close to my job.

This place is right down the street from where I live which is why I have always gone here. They also have the cheapest prices and have quick and easy service. The manager is very nice and fully explains everything.

I came here right at 8 am when they open. I got amazing customer service and felt very welcome. I have been here once before and it was great them. They do a great job recommending services I need without ever making me feel pressured to spend, and their oil changes are the fastest ever! Very friendly service, I highly recommend coming here.

This place is always hassle-​free and fast with their services. I’m always greeted with a smile and presented with the estimated price before they begin working. Yesterday I got my oil changed within 10 minutes (there was nobody ahead of me) and they also showed me little things that needed fixing (blinker light, wipers, tires etc). There was no pressure at all so I was comfortable saying yes or no to certain services I could afford that day.
The manager Frank is very friendly and courteous, and isn’t afraid to start a conversation with you. To him, we are not just a dollar sign driving up ready to fork over money, we’re real people. To me, that says a lot about a small company!

Happen to pass Brothers Express Lube on my way to an appointment before going to another oil exchange location.. Had my husbands big F250.. .Not only did Frank suggest I leave it with him while I went to my appointment (excellent!) he also matched his competitors coupon. Extremely pleased with service from beginning to end. Saved me lots of time! I will be back.. .Thanks Frank!

My husband took his car in on Saturday morning and had a great experience here. He got an oil change and transmission flush, and they replaced a fuse that another place didn’t even check. They were timely and very professional. I will be taking my car in next, very reasonable prices

Frank here at brothers express lube is the man! He is honest and let’s you know what is going on. After going to other places that are cheaper (but not by much) you don’t feel very confident in their service. Here at brothers you don’t feel that way at all. The mechanics are very knowledgable and truly want to help you out. Also the clean shop they have lets you know these guys are doing a good job. Don’t waste your time saving ten bucks at your dumpy oil shop not knowing what the hell they put in your car. Feel comfortable knowing the technicians at brothers took care of you like you wished to be.

I must say the service here is great ! Not only are the honest and nice but they do their job right. The manager Francisco was super helpful and of course they tell you what else you might need and I let him know I couldn’t at the moment he wasn’t pushy at all he understood and still treated me as a valuable customer. I really like this place the other worker I think his name was Jose was also very nice, my friend recommended me this place and I’ll definitely be telling others to go here. Fast & friendly. (Beach and garden grove) Today I had my oil change on my 2012 Bmw 535i… The dealer wanted to charge too much money. So I decided to go here. The price was $ 108 for my oil, filter change… they did it in less than 30 mins. They even vacuumed my car .
They also restarted my oil change light.

I’m not even sure why there are bad reviews for this place. I guess everyone thinks they’re a mechanic or something!
Last week I discovered that my air intake hose and another piece of hose below in the same system had rips in them. I had purchased this 94 Honda Accord fairly recently and there were a handful of things that needed to be replaced. Frank was extremely helpful and he happily answered the millions of other questions I had about my vehicle’s overall performance.
The hoses were replaced quickly and efficiently! Frank and his staff are great guys. I even had a headlight that stopped working last night. He took a quick look at it and it looked like maybe something had been bumped loose. A very quick fix! I even asked Frank advice about taking my car on a drive up to Portland. He suggested I replace the radiator within 6 months to a year, and the hoses associated with. Also some new transmission fluid ASAP would be ideal so I’d have no issues in the long run. Much appreciated.
Unlike most places, Frank wasn’t trying to make an extra buck or talk down to me. I went there a few months back when I first bought my car and he remembered me. He feels like an old friend and I left feeling like everyone at Brothers Express Lube provided the best service for me and my vehicle.
Once I save up the money, I will definitely be back to complete the other repairs. Fair pricing and trustworthy. Highly recommended! 5 Stars for Frank and the Crew!

This place is a joke they told me my oil pan might be stripped so they put a wrong drain plug with the threads being to large and wrong size after my oil would leak. Until my mechanic came to check it out they put the wrong plug with a seal that’s not for oil
Never again coming back

We have taken our cars here for years. The service has been excellent and the manager, Frank, is very honest. We asked him for a price to change the transmission fluid and he checked our records and told us that we had just had one done a few thousand miles ago. And unethical person could’ve easily charged us for the service again since we had confused our vehicles. It doesn’t hurt that the shop is right next to a Sam’s Club. We drop our car off and shop while the service is being performed. The technicians are always happy to load the groceries into the car, too. We highly recommend Brothers Express Lube.

So, after giving my initial «2 star» review on how this place operates, they decided to use my cell number, NOT for business purposes, but to let me know that my initial post had caused a suspension and to lay on the guilt trip NICE & THICK. Unilocal is a website to assist customers in choosing the best possible facility for whatever the need is and to alert possible customers on where NOT to go. This establishment obviously does not understand the meaning of «professionalism» when it comes to business operations, therefore they are now downgraded to 1 star. Do yourself a favor, DON’T GO HERE.
