Awesome welcoming environment. Clean gym, was over crowded. Coach Jeff was extremely educational and motivating. The workouts kick butt. I totally recommend this gym in helping you with your fitness goals :)

If you’re searching for a great Crossfit gym, then look no further than Garden Grove Crossfit! This place is a well-​maintained and professional gym that makes every member feel welcomed. All the coaches are great and they push you to a great workout while helping you avoid injuries.
Members here are also very supportive and encourage each other to finish a workout if you happen to fall behind. There are no egos here and just a bunch of people working together to live a healthy lifestyle. This is my first Crossfit gym and all in all it has been an awesome experience. The workouts has gotten me great results and I look forward to coming back everyday!
Tip: If you’re nervous at all about trying Crossfit, come check out their beginner class on Mondays at 6:30PM. It is a great start and will help you learn more about Crossfit and how it works. For everyone looking to push themselves harder and get a great workout, this is the place to start!

In simple words, these guys are professionals and respectful. Hard to come across such high standard coaches.

Love this gym and the coaches. The routines are always different and always a challenge. Members know each other by name and are very supportive. I’ve been going every day six days a week and I’ve never been committed to working out as much in my life.

Wife has been going for over a year and absolutely loves this place. She is now in the best shape of her life, and she is 50 years old. Seemed kind of intimidating, but I assure you if you go to this place you will love it, and you are never to old!!!
Trainers are awesome!!! Its almost like having your own personal trainer as they are actively involved helping you succeed in every workout.
Dump that gym membership and join here, you will be happy you did!!!

I absolutely looove this place… The trainers are so helpful and everyone that attends is motivating and it feels like a family friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Garden Grove Crossfit.
I was extremely intimidated about Crossfit, however the trainers work with you are your own pace and motivate you in a way that is comfortable for your own physical workouts. If you are looking for a place to start Crossfit and or to just get motivated to work out, go and see Jeff and Jack, utilize your 3 free days and you will be hooked and feeling better in no time. What a great box! I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in and was welcomed by the awesome coaches. Being a former marine I was looking for a place to get started and keep me constantly challenged. The elements classes were awesome, even though I knew the lifts already, they helped me with my form. I come here almost daily and love the people and coaches. I am now good friends with many of the members including the coaches! Great vibe, great people, and great equipment, everything in need or want in a gym. If you’re new to the sport of CrossFit, or an old veteran. This is the box for you!

This gym is amazing! :) the coaches are down to earth but push you to your limits! I wouldn’t workout anywhere else, and I have been to other crossfits this one is thee BEST! :) GGCF!

The staff is what makes this place different. They’re professional, courteous and encouraging.
They always have something positive to say and very understanding when you’re unable to do some of the exercises.
I recommend this place for anyone looking to get motivated and really wanting to get fit.
I can definitely feel and see the difference physically.

I started with GGCF the first week it opened. I had done crossfit at other gyms before so i had a little bit of knowledge going into it. or at least i thought i did. The coaches at GGCF teach you the correct way to lift to make it easier, and make sure you dont injure yourself. they have helped me increase 1 rep maxes drastically already! I told coach Jeff that i needed to get into shape and lose a lot of weight. He set me up on the paleo diet and ive been sticking to it. with the diet and intense crossfit workouts ive lost nearly 20 lbs in less than 2 months!
i enjoy going to work out at the gym because coach Jeff and Jack work with you to help you obtain your goals and to make you stronger. the other crossfitters at the gym are some of the coolest people. nobody is judgemental and everyone is willing to help you in any way possible.
the box itself is a great one. it has all brand new rogue fitness equipment including GHDs, rings, pull up bars, individual lift bars, prowler push, tractor tires, row machines, and so much more. there is no doubt that crossfit works. now its joining a gym that has a family/​team environment and getting in the best shape of your life. GGCF is the best CF gym around!!! come down and try it out it will be a good experience.

I was extremely intimidated about trying CrossFit because of what I had heard about the workouts. I felt that it would be pointless for me to go workout at a place where the workouts seemed to be meant for people who are in shape.
I was pleasantly surprised when I came into GGCF to try out the Elements classes. The workouts were scaled to my fitness level, but were still very challenging. I was practically dripping in sweat after the warmup!
Coaches Jack and Jeff are very motivating and help push you through every workout. There is no such thing as an easy workout here… I am reminded of that every time I do a workout that I thought was going be «easy» and then end up getting my butt kicked lol!
Give GGCF a try and you’ll never go back to the boring old globo-​gym :)

I’ve been wanting to try Cross fit for a long time and I’m glad I started here! This gym is awesome and the staff is really nice. Since it’s a new place, the equipment is brand new and the class are small. The staff is really knowledgeable and I don’t feel overwhelmed, even as a beginner. That’s rare in a gym, especially one with trainers as good as these guys :)

This cross-​fit is amazing. It is brand new, clean, beautiful and the staff is amazingly nice and sincere. I was impressed with the equipment and the size of the classes. It made me really motivated to work out.
The staff really cared about my goals and fitness level and I felt they were really genuine and welcoming. The facility itself is very large and spacious. I am really excited to become a «regular» there so I look super hot for bathing suit season!

I experienced my first crossfit session today at Garden Grove CrossFit. The facility is very nice and brand new. The new gym equipment smell is still there. There’s plenty of parking and the area is wide open and very spacious.
I learned something very important today that I think all first time crossfitters should now. Do not have a session in the morning on an empty stomach! I made the mistake of waking up without eating breakfast and driving straight to Garden Grove CrossFit for a morning workout. Needless to say I almost passed out during the warmup! Can you imagine what the actual workout is like? My coach was nice about it and we worked through it.
The nice thing about Garden Grove CrossFit is you’re paying for personal training essentially. The membership packages are reasonable and competitive. You get unlimited training with each package. It just depends whether or not you want to go month to month or sign a contract. Signing a contract will lower your monthly payment. I find this more effective than going to 24hr fitness where I am clueless and don’t know what to do. If you go during the non busy hours you’ll be working with just the coach which is nice because you get the 1 on 1 attention. If you go during the busy hours you’ll be working out with other people in the class. Either way you’re following the instructions of your coach so you’ll always know what to do.
I highly recommend this place because the coaches here make you feel welcome and you won’t feel intimidated. This facility has a very relaxed and open atmosphere. Newbs will feel very comfortable here. See ya at the next session!
