Nifty After Fifty

So my mom had called about a week ago and, first off if you want people to come into your facility then you would want some one on the other end of the line to sound polite and welcoming, well that was not the case front girl named Marisa was so rude and brief with my mom regarding their plans for the memberships all my mom was doing was trying to use this silver sneakers plan that her insurance just gave her, my mom was so excited to start at this facility until this happened, she told her she needed to come in and show proof of her card to start, and then would give her a packet to fill out and then she would schedule if she was eligible, my mom will not be going to this place, if that was how they treated her on the phone I could only imagine what it would be if she actually went there. I don’t write reviews but that sure did (pardon my language/​) piss me off.

This review is for Encore Wellness Physical Therapy inside Nifty after Fifty.
I had 7 sessions for a bad shoulder dislocation. The facility is big and clean. Physical therapists, Bob and Kim, were great! Not only were they attentive to my specific (and altering) condition at each visit, they were genuinely kind and fun to talk to. They’re always swamped with work, but they made sure to spend adequate time with everyone, never negligent.
Also, there’s a SUPER ACE PT here! His name is Hal, and I was told by other patients that he’s the best of the best. He sure was! He took care of me on my last visit, and he did such a thorough evaluation, I was almost shocked. He taught me some more exercises to do at home and let me go with some important precautions.
I am so impressed by the physical therapy staff here. I’m literally writing this review in my car in the parking lot right after my last session.
If you need physical therapy, come see this awesome staff.

The Receptionist, Tina Is Very Unorganized, Very Unprofessional & Very Unapologetic About It!!! She Has Lost Her Location Business Because I’m Calling My Doctor’s Office To Find An Another Physical Therapist!

Came here with my mom for her consult, the physical therapist we got was pretty nice and genuinely cared about my mom’s well-​being. I wish I got his name though. Overall, it’s a great physical therapy place.

My Dad was sent here for post op therapy. The facility is big, clean and well suited for mature clients. Machines are calibrated per person and activates by a personal key that is specific to the user. Dad just swipes it and the settings adjust. Most importantly the therapist Christina and Kim are great with Dad. Encourages him and cares for him. Treats him like family. Great place.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and genuine caring attitudes that I received from each and every staff member at this facility. The actual medical care I received was great and exceeded my expectations. They have a good variety of equipment for medical rehab for which I was a patient. I couldn’t have been happier. I would definately recommend this facility to others.
