Baskin Robins rocks. Their ice cream quality is always great. This particular franchisee is a family owned one and the lady serving the counter very sweet. If you are in the area go to this place and give them your business.

This is one of nicest baskin robins store I have been too, very good customer service skills, the manager I think her name is Mariam but she’s doing a substantial job in running the place! My kids and I left extremely happy! Thank you for the friendly welcome and cleanliness that you provided

Love this place! The best location I have visited! The lady who helped us «Mariem» was on point with our order! As soon as my family and I walked in, she greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! We had a big order and she delivered with all of our picky needs! The place was very clean and its one of our fav spots to grab ice cream!

My favorite spot! Very friendly customer service, Mariem was very kind and helpful, she did an outstanding job helping us choose our ice cream, giving us free samples to try. I had a «frozen» theme cake for my daughters 3rd birthday and wow it was awesome, the kids loved it! Definitely coming back! Keep up the good work guys ;)

They’re selling dunkin’ donuts’ k-cup packs for ONLY $ 5.99… The only catch is, they’re all EXPIRED(dated: sept/nov 2015 and Jan 11, 2016). When we asked the guy, he said that they were about to take them off the shelf… Well, sure… That should’ve been taken off the shelf long time ago… They just wanna see if they can sell it without us checking. That’s sad… SMH…

Well it’s clean enough and the girl helping me was pleasant and offered me a sample. The sample was the size of my fingernail and the scoop I bought looked like a kiddie scoop… makes me want Ben and Jerrys honestly…

This place needs to be shut down. Worst service ever. Both times I came to this store the same man was an asshole. I think he’s the owner. Giving Baskin-Robbins a really bad name.

Pretty McWeak! The kid working the counter was nice enough, but he needed a boon companion or two. You realize right away that the prices are McTerrible, but you hope that high quality will offset the splurge. Not so. My shake wasn’t at all thick, and the flavor was just okay. Go McElsewhere!

Parking stinks no space, dirty for a ice cream place, slow as molasses service, pricey for 4 person 3 scoop, one strawberry shake. $ 23 bucks, go get yourself 4 or 5 half gallons next time at a store and save.

dont waste your time, leave. dont even try coming in with the idea of having a good time, because it just wont happen. the ladyworking here«manager» according to her is nasty and rude. she has no customer service and b. r did a poor job in letting someone like her work in their company. that lady should never be allowed to serve ice cream, ever! drive the extra mile and go to jamba juice or yogurland on the same plazy,. because this place is just upright hoorible! please make sure to post all bad encounters on their corporate page.

Horrible service! such a waste of time going here. SAVEYOURTIMEANDMONEY and just go to yogurtland! it’s in the same shopping area and CLEANER and NICER employees and CHEAPER! you would think with yogurtland in the same area they would value their costumers but they don’t!

Waffle cone was wet and nasty. I can tell it was sitting outside for a long time. I asked the lady to replace it to the fresh crispy cone. She said No because she made it in the morning… I told her liar and asked her to try it for herself. I dumped in the trash and left the store. All the ice cream seemed all melted inside the pods. I think the fridges were turned off for a long period of time to save their business cost or something… This place is bad. There are 2 other Baskin place on Redondo beach blvd which is night and day difference.

So tonight I dropped in to pick up a scoop or two for the family and was not greated by the associate working. Why do you ask? Good question. The associate was sitting in the back with their feet kicked up on a desk. I now that because i could see there feet from over the counter and that was it. I gave one effort to lean over the counter to get their attention and then left. I will not be going back to this location again.

This owner is ridiculous. They buy spoons and bags from that are cheaper than Baskin Robbins products as to save money. The clerk Sima, I think she I related to owner was refusing to accept a coupon which I had received just 2 days ago that could only be used at that particular BR. She finally took it after I had a friendly confrontation with her. I will never go back. I cannot wait for Yourgutland to open so this BR can finally go belly up and RIP.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. Ordered an Oreo shake, it looked like it has sat out in the sun and melted. I asked the very RUDE clerk who I think was the owner if he could please put some more ice cream in it to make it a shake and not Oreo flavored milk and he said if you want to pay for more ice cream then yes. That is ridiculous. I then proceeded to ask for my money back, he refused, said I already had taken a drink out of it and then went in to the back of the store and hid from us. Unacceptable. If this is how Baskin-Robbins does business I’m never stepping foot in one ever again, ever.

i love ice cream what can i say lol. I come here when i’m in the mood for a crazy shake since i can choose any flavor i like to mix it up today i went with a mint chocolate chip shake. Ok the downside they are pricey. Staff here is friendly parking is shared with the other stores and restaurant so it could be a pain. Anyways i always come back here.

It’s ice cream… how can you go wrong. Stopped by for a single scoop of rocky road on a sugar cone and a sundae today. The service was nice, but the girl was a little slow. She gave me my cone first and then made my sundae. By the time she was done, my cone had melted. No big deal since she was really nice. I would come back the next time I am around the area

the man that works here isn’t very friendly. on another note, my sister and I went there and she ordered the 1 cappincino blast. Before walking out of the shop, she saw a sign that says buy one cappicino blast get one free every thursday, and that day happened to be a thursday. so we waited in line. then when we got up to the front, we told the man that we just had seen the sign and wanted to get that free cappicino blast since we bought one. Then he said, oh i already rang you up. it is not that hard to make another one and just give the free one away. it’s not like he needed to record that down. And if he did needed too, it’s not that hard to ring it up. What a greedy man. It’s not that i wanted the cappincino blast that bad, it’s just he was being greedy and not wanting to give it to us. and bad customer service. i dont think i’ve ever go there again. Unless it’s a different worker.

This should probably be 2.5 stars. I grew up on Baskin-Robbins. For ice cream in the Midwest, there was Baskin-Robbins and Dairy Queen. But the more ice cream I’ve had over the years, the more I would just put Baskin-Robbins in the okay variety. Baskin-Robbins is definitely not at the level of a Haagen-Dazs. The variety at this location isn’t that great. I’ve seen better variety at bigger stores. Still, it is usually okay if you need an ice cream fix. I actually prefer the Foster’s Freeze(soft serve) in Old Torrance. They seem to be a little fresher with better prices and friendlier service. The ice cream cakes are the best thing about Baskin-Robbins – worth checking out if you’ve never had one.
