I purchace a refrigator and stove from here in nov and its full of shit my oven/​freezer went out while I was cooking on Thanksgiving and they came out to fix the freezer but it took a week to fix the oven so no cooking for me… than right after news yrs the refrigator went out. I couldnt get a hold of these people they dnt answer the phone than they came out on a thursday and took the part for a replacement part and have never came back so now im out of a fridge for almost 2 weeks. This is ridiculous come fix my SHIT… They are full of shit

Worst customer service. Late to service call. Left my dryer taken apart. Never again

My refrigerator is fine for right now. I have had it for about 4 months now and the light never worked on it. I had a 4 month warranty and i made several appointments with them to fix the light and they would never show up or call to say they werent coming. I finally kept calling and was really pissed and they finally showed up this past weekend an hour late. I will never buy from this company again!

If I could give this place no stars I would! This place has HORRIBLE… You would think that they would try to offer the best customer service they could seeing as though they barely get business. The owner Hugo does not stand by his roach infested products. He has no integrity as a man and doesn’t care. He gives no apologies or refunds for his faulty products. I expect that they will go out of business soon. I will never come back to this place ever again, and I suggest you don’t unless you want your home infested with bugs from their appliances!!! It’s a shame because I was going to refer them to my cousin who just moved into her home and needed all new appliances. Save your time and money. HUGE RIP OFF!!!
