R & S Overhead Door Of South Bay

Avoid this place and call Vortex instead. had an 8am appointment for an overhead door that had been ran into by a car. R&S never showed up. Two hours later, i have to call them to see where they are and am told they had an emergency which is fine but dont you think you should notify the appointment youre skipping to treat the emergency? im then told by a sales guy that because of the emergency, he has to go to another appointment thats at 11am… sooooo, your crew is on an emergency job, skips my appointment, is in danger of missing the 11am appointment so your sales guy heads to the 11am appointment? well, why didnt your sales guy head to the 8am appointment you were missing? terrible customer service.
Vortex on the other hand, called me back within 5 minutes, had a crew out within the hour, fixed my door and were on their way. awesome customer service and id recommend them for any of your Overhead/​roll-​up door needs.
