I have worked in retail for many years, so I can spot bad retail etiquette. When dressed in my workout clothes or even my not so nice errand clothes I get completely snubbed and not one person will offer to help BUT when I come in my work clothes or my nicer weekend clothes I will get a hello at least and maybe some offer of help. Basically in a nutshell, don’t go in unless you look somewhat decent, and even if you do, you will get sub pair service, which is unfortunate because this is the only store (without going to the mall) in the area what will more options for my size in a special occasion dress.
