In stores these days a lot of merchandise is pretty similar products. It appears that businesses such as this, buy their products from one manufacturer that would then tag their merchandise(you will find the same product at target, meijers, etc). In such a stance, it would then be their customer service that makes… or breaks a business. I shopped at this location today afternoon along with two young kids. There was a lone employee. We knew exactly what we were looking for and able to decide on fairly quickly. The top I picked had threads falling apart so I walked up to the girl and asked her to help me find a different piece of the same size. Her abrupt response was that everything is on the shelf. Mind you, there are no shopping bags or baskets available and with two youngsters, my hands were full. I told the girl I didnt want to mess up her tidy pile hunting for the size and would appreciate her looking for me(doesnt she get paid to help a customer?) Her response was«its ok, you can do that.» So I did. Then I waited at the checkout without any cashier. The girl continued to work on whatever she was doing(she was aware of me being at the checkout). Then she passed on to ask another male shopper something that I couldnt hear. She moved on to hang some stuff. I asked her«Is someone working at the cash register?» She said«I’ll be there» and then walked up to give us a sample of the day’s cologne in a very uninterested way. I am confident there are plenty of people out there who would feel blessed to have her job. Most stores such as this have an awesome team of employees who want to make a lasting impression on their customers to keep them coming back. Communication is the key, so if you are busy folding clothes, you can certainly give a holler saying that you are the checkout lady as well and will be with the customer momentarily… instead of having the customer awkwardly wait in silence at the register, confused(especially since she noticed us waiting and kept continuing her thing). I may give this place another try, another time. But for now, I will give it a two star rating.

I’ve always had the nicest young people help me at this store. The prices are so cheap — granted the quality isn’t outstanding but when your kid wants a trendy top she might not where two seasons you don’t feel bad when you’ve only paid $ 10 for it.
