I went to Dr. Leland for my wisdom teeth extraction after putting off the procedure for way too long. To be completely honest, I put it off because the entire process terrified me! However, I went in for my consultation with Dr. Leland and knew right away that I was in the right hands. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office! They are caring, comforting, and understanding! They went above and beyond to accommodate for my schedule and to make sure I felt comfortable. The procedure and healing process were a breeze and I can not thank Dr. Leland and Kelley enough! My only complaint is that Dr. Leland is not my primary Dentist!

My mother went and saw Dr. Leland today. She has many issues with her teeth. She absolutely loved Dr. Leland. She said he spent so much time with her and truly cared. He went over all the medications she’s on to make sure the procedures needed won’t interfere. Nice and clean offices. Wonderful staff. She recommends him to everyone! kindly, Sitto

I went to see Dr. Leland for my TMJ. The pain was so severe that it was affecting my everyday life. He told me on a scale from 1 – 5, 5 being the worst, that I was between a 4 – 5 compared to others that he has seen. He explained several options clearly to me from a little invasive to very invasive. He wanted to try the procedure that was the least invasive first. Six weeks ago I had the procedure and within the first week I was 80% better!
I would highly recommend Dr. Leland to anyone with TMJ. He is very attentive and kind person who cares.

Great doctor. Explains things well. Did a great job with my wisdom teeth extraction. Expensive, about 2,000 $ for all 4 teeth and IV anesthesia. Great staff, very friendly.

I was «squeezed» into the Georgetown location last week to have a tooth extracted that was causing a great deal of pain. I was treated to friendly staff, quick service and had no trouble with the post-​op!

After having a stressful time trying to make appointments with other offices that made me feel as if they didn’t want my business, I found Austin Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Leland and his staff did a wonderful job and I ended up having the best experience having my wisdom teeth out. I had little to no swelling or pain, what was I so worried about?! haha Front desk staff was very very helpful and super caring and kind, thank you for making my experience awesome:)

This doctor is so great. I had to have an implant. I was so scared but I had nothing to fear. Dr Leland and his staff are first class. There was absolutely NO PAIN. Don’t know how he did it, but he did! Can’t say enough about him!

This is my first review, but i felt Dr. Leland deserved it. My experience at his office was exceptional. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very modern. The office staff was one of a kind; very caring and professional, especially Gaye at checkout. Dr. Leland made me feel very comfortable, knowing i was about to have emergency mouth surgery. He put my wellbeing at top priority, and worked me in to his schedule the next day. I will recommend him to everyone i know. He was very thorough and caring, and my results were perfect.
