I shopped around and even had other estimates from competitors before I wised up and got my work done at this Midas. Master mechanics Lewis Chris and Gary were simply amazing. From their knowledge to their personable demeanor to their awesome customer service I am more than just satisfied. I will certainly be recommending this Midas in Georgetown to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

I called in for a prepurchase check up. I was told to come in and wait for a slot, but as soon as I got there they were able to pull me right in as they had an opening at that time.
Don’t remember the managers name but he was courteous, proessional and started the paperwork right after I entered.
The mechanic assigned to check the car was Jesse, a knowledgeable mechanic and very customer friendly. He invited me to observe the inspection with him while pointing things out and explaining things to me. I never expected that! I like to be involved and I was. Hats off to Jesse!
I was expecting Jesse to tell me the car needs all kinds of things so they could make money off me but instead he said the car is pretty decent, it just needs a few things done. I was very happy to hear that.
I don’t live in the area as I was just shopping at a local dealership, but I would confidently go to them for regular car service if I did. Or if I need scheduled maintenance I will stop by when I’m traveling along I-​35.
By the way, don’t trust where the pin is located on the map. They are right on the N. Bound Frontage Rd. of interstate 35, next to Schlotzsky’s sandwich shop.

Engine stalled en route to Austin from Waco Texas. Paul, the manager on duty, was excellent at communicating what was wrong and discussing the pros and cons of each option I had moving forward. Keep up the good work guys!

Went over a shredded tire on the highway driving from Austin to Dallas, and engine undercover got jacked up. Was towed here and they looked at it, removed the undercover as I requested, and made sure it was safe for the road. Best of luck they didn’t even charge me. I initiated paying labor but they were happy to do it for free. If I lived close by I would become a reality customer. Considering I live about 30 miles away the least I can do is write a review about ny experience here!

I have come to Diana Hoffman’s Midas shop here in Georgetown, Texas since moves here in 2007. The boss man here is Gary and he is incredibly friendly and helpful. These guys have always been honest and pretty quick. Luckily there is an AWESOME Schloyzsky’s right next door. Come on over for an oil change or a new timing belt. By the way, they rotate your tires as apart of any oil change.

I’m sitting here right now and was just told that my car needs a Catalytic Convertor for $ 777 plus $ 135 in labor because my 06 Tacoma’s convertor is part of the exhaust manifold. Ouch! Pricey! Mechanic showed me and a sure as hell, it’s part of the manifold!

First time here & I was in & out of there in exactly 30 minutes! Excellent customer service! Will be coming back!

The owner, Diana H. is awesome! I know nothing about cars and she explained everything that was needed to be done to my car in layman’s terms so I could understand it perfectly. I so appreciate the patience, kindness, friendliness, and knowledge of not only her, but her whole staff too! This joint gets a A+. I never want to take my car anywhere else!

Can I just begin by saying this place is awesome! I have taken my car here twice and both times it’s been a good experience. I honestly don’t like automotive shops. Since I feel they are always ripping me off but this place is different. I highly recommend this place and you should ask for Paul he is awesome!

Took vehicle in for a front end alignment based on the recommendation of the local tire dealer with whom I do all of my business. Was told that the entire front end suspension system was shot and needed to be replaced before an alignment could be performed. The price to perform the repairs was quotes as $ 1200. When told that I would not be able to afford the cost at this time, was told that it would be dangerous to drive the vehicle without the repairs. When I continued to decline, the mechanic told me that the repairs could probaby been done for a little less money. At that point, told the store no thanks and left. Had the vehicle checked by another local automotive repair shop who found a few parts that needed repair/​replacement, but not the whole front end. The repairs were performed for less than $ 600 and then the front end was aligned.
Don’t recommend this place due to the high pressure and less than honest approach to customers.

Horrible!!! Got my oil changed there and then went to walmart to get it changed the second time and walmart said they cant touch a shaved skrew because its company policy and to take it back to Midas where they did my first oil change because the oil seal said it was from Midas. So I go and Midas, and they LIED IN MY FACE and said they didnt change my oil and then they charged my $ 14 bucks for a skrew they messed up! Last time I go there again! Nice people, but not truthful, which matters more!

I use Midas for many things in order to keep my car in good shape. Diana, the owner and her team of mechanics are totally awesome. This shop is VERY HONEST and will not steer you wrong. For good service, quality work… go to this Midas.

This shop is Awsome! The staff and the own are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles they perform work on. This shop does all my work from basic oil changes to complete engine work, they are the best, top notch, and honest.

David of Midas makes me feel like he cares about my car. Good service, fast, prices are reasonable. Big, friendly dog to play with while you wait.
