Horrible customer service. The lady that assisted us was a complete b****. Then she pushed us onto another salesman who was even worse. I highly recommend not purchasing from here ever. They need to work on their customer service skills.

My fiancé and I were very disappointed at the customer service at RV outlet mall. We came in on Saturday to look at RVs because we are in the market to purchase. We have been wanting to come in for weeks and finally got a chance and WOW was it a let down. We came in after lunch time and there were multiple (4+ that we saw) salesman out and yet not a single one spoke to us until we finally started to leave. We were on the lot for over 40 minutes looking at several different RVs and the salesmen were either joking around and talking on their golf carts (we walked right passed them twice!) or on the porch on their phones. The only reason I gave them another star was that they have a good selection of larger RVs and displayed the price inside. But the overall vibe that I got was not good. We got more help from other customers than we did their employees. We ended up going to an RV lot near Liberty Hill and are talking about putting down a down payment. Don’t waste your time if you don’t look the part, they will just ignore you!

Bought an RV here about a month ago and we are getting ready to use it for the first time. The husband went in to ask about a different adapter for the power cord and he found out he should have a 50 amp power cord that is supposed to come with the RV. We have been over the RV about 10 times and there is no 50amp power cord. They told him they can’t help him right now, maybe Monday. He told them we don’t have till Monday since he will be using it starting tomorrow. He was turned away with no resolution. I called the man who sold us the RV asking for some kind of resolution and he checked with the service department and called me back saying they did not have it and maybe someone stole it out of our RV. The RV has not been broken into so he said the compartment keys are really generic and maybe someone was able to open it with a generic key. These kind of «maybe» scenarios are an easy cop out to not provide us with the equipment that was supposed to be included with the price we paid. We are waiting for another call back about the situation and if it is resolved I will give more than one star for customer service. This has been disappointing. They are treating us like we are trying to rip them off for a $ 200 cord when they owed us one to begin with.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EDWARD. My husband and I are upgrading our main RV, and possibly our 2^nd one, within the next year and had a few we excitedly wanted to look at. As soon as he found out it wasn’t THAT day, he turned into the uninterested, couldn’t be bothered snake that I’m sure is. He was rude, condescending, arrogant and kept rolling his eyes when we would ask about another model to look at. He made us walk to the end of the lot while he rode the golf cart and sped off. We also caught him talking bad about us when he didn’t realize we were there. As an owner of TWO new RVs that we WILL be upgrading soon and having family that are looking to purchase, we will NEVER go back there to buy. Edward single handedly lost, at the minimum, of 3 sales for this lot. We will go anywhere to get our homes in the future and the sales person will ALWAYS make the difference. If I could give a 0 star review because of EDWARD, I would.

My elderly friend purchased a Sunseeker 28606DS and has had nothing but problems from day one there were over 40 items of things that NEED repaired mostly were repaired but some STILL AND STILL not correct mattress and each repair seems to cause a new repair. She is continually being taken advantage of at every turn. As she puts it «she is old enough to know the rules and young enough to play the game.» Rv outlet mall step it up and repair her home correctly! Shame on you for dragging this on for almost a year and preventing her travels! Get on the ball and make the repairs!

It felt like we were run off for not wanting to buy immediately. Got tag teamed! It was obvious! Was wanting to look around and get ideas to narrow down what we wanted, to see what’s available. No other customers were there that we could tell and sales folks sitting around like vultures waiting for road kill. We intend on buying a high end rv, but can say honestly it won’t be from here. It felt like we’re being escorted off property.
Folks, there are lots of great places to visit and purchase rvs from at great prices. I recommend passing this place by and use you time at a place worthy of a visit.

This place was never very friendly or helpful after the sale plus they offer only 60% original retail on trade in and model is 1.5 years old and like new.

Please look over my review of Crestview RV in Georgetown so that you know what my local RV shop experience has been like. After a two year hiatus, the family has decided to get back into over the road travel. Thinking maybe Crestview had taken some opportunity to improve over the past few years, we stopped in to see what they had. We went inside, and they said, «we will be right with you» and then talked among themselves until we got fed up and left again.
So, we went to RV Outlet Mall. We told the salesman about our consistently poor experiences at Crestview, and he replied, «the best part of my job is when I get to take customers away from Crestview.»
The salesman spent hours with us (our choice), while we went unit by unit through their inventory. He listened to our likes and dislikes, and ultimately said, «I think I know what you are looking for.» It was a much older model than what we thought we wanted, but it only had 30K miles on it, and it was immaculate. He was able to show me every service record, and it had been serviced after every trip. It looked like a brand new rig except for some fading of the pin stripes.
We went through it and decided this is the unit we want. We negotiated a price and shook on it. He asked if he could have a day or two before we took delivery so that he could go through it thoroughly, and we said yes.
A few days later, we went in to take delivery at the scheduled time. The apologized to us and said the rig was not quite ready, as they had found a couple of things that needed to be addressed before he would feel good about turning it over to us. The ice maker wasn’t working and the gas regulator on the stove had seized. He had already ordered parts, at their expense, but it the parts weren’t going to come in until the next day. We were shocked that AFTER a deal had been reached, including price, that they were making repairs to the unit at their expense. Even more shocking is that this was a consignment deal, so it wasn’t even their rig. But he said, «there is nothing worse than going out on your first trip and having a bunch of problems.» We asked him if they would mind, at our expense, doing an oil change, radiator flush, brake fluid exchange, etc. since they would have it a couple more days anyway. He indicated that his shop works on the coach (the house parts), and that they use Mac Haik for the chassis (truck parts). Therefore, that kind of stuff we would have to have done after we take delivery.
Three days later, we went in to pick it up, because the parts they had ordered had come in, and they had installed them. They went through the entire vehicle with me and showed me that every thing is working perfectly. Then they surprised me by saying that they had taken it to Mac Haik for me and had the tune up and fluid change done because they knew I wanted it. I did pay for that, of course.
However, there was nearly $ 2K worth of work that they did to the coach that they absorbed all of the costs for. Since we had already had a deal and a price, and the vehicle is old enough that we didn’t expect any kind of warranty, they really didn’t have to do any of it. We were truly amazed.
Whenever I have a choice, this is where I will take my coach. They have earned my loyalty with strong customer service and a commitment to ensuring that I have a great over the road travel experience.

I recently took my RV to RV Outlet Mall for a complicated repair (a roller bearing on the slide unit had fallen off). I made an appointment to drop off the RV, showed a mechanic the bearing, and he knew exactly where it came from and explained that until they opened up the compartment which housed the slide (which involved totally dismantling the pull-​out bed) it would be hard to say how long it might take to fix it. The next morning, I received a call from the service advisor with the full extent of the repair, as they had taken the bed apart that very afternoon that I dropped off the RV. They also told me the parts that would be needed to make the repair, and an estimate of the cost of the repair. I approved the repair to be done, and they said they’d let me know if they could find the parts locally or would have to order them. The very next day, the service advisor called me again to say they found the parts locally, the repairs had been done, and the RV was ready to pick up! This has to be the fastest repair service I have ever received. We picked up the RV and then then took a two week vacation. The slide unit worked perfectly, and the bed unit worked even better that before after it had been reassembled. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with RV Outlet Mall regarding RV repairs. I intend to take our RV back there in the future.

Don’t buy anything from these people!!! We bought a brand new 2014 Koala RV from this dealer. Two hours after we brought it the door broke. We took it back and they said they had to order new doors. That was 3 months ago and still NO doors. Since then the slide broke, the stabilizers broke, and the AC doesn’t work. When I called today to complain and demanded to talk to the owner, I was told that I couldn’t speak to the owner and they sent me to Jason the sales manager. When I complained he hung up on me. This is a new level of bad service.

Very disappointing used car lot tactics. I felt like we were tag teamed so many times I hardly knew who to deal with. When we started shopping several months ago we made it very clear that we were just looking trying to decide on our options and didn’t want to bother anyone until we had decided to move forward, but they insisted on trying to close a deal that very day, later when we had made our decision to buy we were treated with disdain because we had the nerve to ask for their best price, and I quote «you looked at this exact same model last year, I suggest you buy it elsewhere» well we did and at a 30% savings with great customer service.
