I don’t really like Starbucks, but I like this one. To be honest, I mostly just like the people that work here. They know almost every customer by name and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You won’t get better service anywhere else in Georgetown.

Great experience here yesterday. Friendly cashier and barista. It was a bit of a lull time at 5pm and they were doing side work, but this didn’t stop them from promptly responding to me. Great job!

wish I would have caught her name, but that early morning barista just made me my best Starbucks in years

Love Starbucks! Special thanks to the wonderful young lady who made my Frappuccino Saturday morning. I was in a hurry, my morning had started out a little rough, and as soon as she hands me my Frappuccino I drop it! She was very understanding and immediately made me another one. Thank you!

It’s Starbucks! Personally– I love them! All seem to be the same constant good service. Never had a problem here. Thanks Starbucks!

Let’s just say there seemed to have been a lot of «meetings» going on. I went there to study for my nursing final exam and needed to get away from the distractions. Nothing but a room full of talkers. My fault for not going to a library instead but I really thought it could be a place I could focus. I was wrong. Good black coffee. Great chocolate cookie(maybe too good, but was only 150 calories crunchy chocolately-gooeyness).It was one of the best cookie I’ve ever had) but I just couldn’t concentrate to save my life with a group of geriatric men laughing hysterically loud, along with a separate table full of ladies who lunch gabbing. I was just out of luck on this date and left to go study in the car.

The cool vibe was simply not there. The attitude is downright pathetic. Austin, i miss you.

This Starbucks is awesome! Everybody here is friendly and happy to make you a tasty drink. Today I got one of those big traveler’s boxes to take to work. It took less than ten minutes to make. And she was asking how much creamer and stuff I needed. I asked her how much do people usually use. She then just gave me an entire jug of milk. Always a pleasant experience here.

not much to say, it’s a Starbucks so you know what to expect. The staff is friendly, and relatively quick. Only drawback is the location /parking lot.

Going through Georgetown and stopped at this Starbucks to get a tea. There are a lot of regulars that come in and the staff knows them all by name. Speedy service and very friendly staff.

Today I was looking at the pastry case trying to make a decision. Two employees began conversing causally(there was no line), but stopped abruptly when I stepped in front of the register. My order was taken and the barista asked for my name. Before I could spell it for her, she guessed on the spelling and was correct. I know this was luck, but I appreciated her asking about the spelling. By the time I received my drink a line had formed. The baristas knew a couple of regulars and it was obvious the regulars liked being recognized. Even though there was friendly banter with the regulars, all customers were greeted with a smile, and received great customer service.

While some of the staff is cheery and speedy, the service seems really hit and miss. Despite a line of over 10 people, there was absolutely zero hustle. I was desperate to get out of there on time but nope, took forever for a simple coffee with syrup and a wrap. When the line is that long, you gotta move it! That being said there’s a redhead girl working there who appears entirely delightful.

They can’t all have a drive-thru! The location is in a small strip of a shopping center. It’s not an easy area to drive into or out of. Regardless of location and size(it’s tiny) I’m thankful it’s here. The service I have receivedon multiple occasions was friendly and warm, which is what I’ve come to expect from Starbuck’s. The four stars isn’t five because of the location.

My wife and I were impressed with the quality and taste of our pumpkin spice frappachinos light, and the speed in which they were made, kudos. We shared an oatmeal and cranberry cookie that was very good, okay, my wife had one bite… we know who ate the rest.

Love this Starbucks. I know most of the staff and they recognize me. Always friendly and down for a quick conversation. The manager is great to the partners and the coffee’s usually pretty fresh.

I have a lot of good memories associated with this Starbucks over the last 8 years. So for me it’s unlike any other Starbucks in that respect. Coffee from this Starbucks always went great with the breakfast tacos at El Charrito. I got to know the baristas and was able to follow their studies at Southwestern or the dramas of who was dating whom. Visiting this Starbucks was a big part of my life when I lived in Georgetown whether stopping on the way home or a pre-road trip fortifying coffee before entering the 35. I eagerly would see what new items had been put out for sale, predicted when they’d be reduced, and sometimes got a bargain when they remained for sale at 75 percent off! So now when I visit I make a nostalgic trip to this Starbucks. It’s open earlier than most things in Georgetown so I used to stop on my way to work and stays open pretty late as well so it was a good spot for the, aw let’s not go home yet! when my friend and I would stop and have a decaf to finish the day. It’s small compared to most outlets and the comfy chairs are often occupied. The parking lot can be downright dangerous as I’ve seen many near misses as people either cut the right turn line from Austin Ave while in a hurry or swung quickly around very quickly in search of a parking spot. The sort of unmarked spot at the corner is where you park if you have a flashy ride… So sitting outside can provide some excitement but I think only in Texas would sitting outside looking at a parking lot and traffic be considered enjoyable! I’m certain as it’s the same at the other Georgetown and Round Rock locations. But then Texas is unique in so many ways; I’m glad to have fond memories of at least one place even if it is a Starbucks.

My sister used to work at this location a couple years ago. My parents and I would always go there to bring her dinner or visit her when she had a brake. While we were there we would also get some beverages, they were always very good and made fast. Some of my favorites were Hot: Mint Mocha Cold: Mocha Frappuccino, Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, Java Chip Frappuccino, Double Chocolate Chip Frappucino, and much more. Haven’t been in a while but would love to if I could.

I went to this Starbucks after lunch at the Chipotle next door and well, it was like any other Starbucks except today was GORGEOUS and BEAUTIFUL outside… after a looong erratic winter, today the outside temperature and wind chill factor was perfect to sit outside the restaurant, bask in the sun, and enjoy the people and car watching at the intersection. Not as dramatic of a people watching spot like in downtown Austin, but close enough. Again, why does Starbucks need any reviews in the first place? If you haven’t heard of it, you’re either living under a rock or don’t get out much.

Previous reviewer nailed it when he said, «Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks…» So I’m not rating the product, but the store. Nicely done drive through. Lots of seating, comfortable chairs. Friendly staff. Good Job. Your two tables of crap that are being sold are in the way, though. Condense it down to one table and move it to the side, please.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks… we all know what to expect when we walk in the store. What makes one store better than the other are the people who hangout there and the folks working behind the counter. I really enjoy the«small town» feel of my Starbucks(duh…like Georgetown is a huge metropolis!); sit and have a cup of coffee with the same foks every morning, baristas who know you by name and you them, it all makes for an enjoyable experience. Another Starbucks has opened in Georgetown and while it may seem silly to pick one Starbucks over another, I think I’ll stick with mine!
