History

Established in 1996.

Curtis Management was formed in 1996 out of a pre-​existing business in Mesa, Arizona. Since then we have grown, but are still a small company with the look and feel of a much larger organization. When you call the office during business hours, you still actually speak to a person instead of a recording. Phone calls are returned promptly, and our courteous staff goes out of their way to accommodate owners and Board Members requests for information. Our Staff has over 40 years of combined experience in the industry, We are in process of taking on new software which will better facilitate accounting, work order processing and compliance requirements.
