History
Established in 2000.
The first Flancer’s was established in 2000, on Gilbert road. The Mesa location on Higley & McKellips was built in 2008. We are a family-owned business, by Jeff Flancer, Culinary Institute of America graduate.

Business Owner
Thanks for your interest in our Café. I am a 1984 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. In the 80’s I was a Chef working from restaurants at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore to the finest French restaurants in Los Angeles. In 1990 I moved to Santa Fe, N.M., a spiritual hub with authentic southwest culture and cuisine. I owned my restaurant there, for 9 years before happily moving to Phoenix in 2000. I am also proud to serve my time on the AZ Restaurant Assocation as a board member. I enjoy power boating and sailing, golf occasionally and collecting record albums and some 60’s memorabilia. I am so thankful for our 2 beautiful boy’s, Gaffney and Max, they rock! I am also thankful for all the success we have had over these past years, and I would like to thank my excellent and worthy staff for the huge part they play, everyday, in making us successful.
