This doctor just cares about money STAY AWAY FORM THIS OFFICE they make problems for patients to makes money.

STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. This clinic is the last place you want to go.
Staff is horrible and incompetent. Keep lying about sending my specimen to Urinalysis to lab and kept me in pain for 2 weeks then told sorry we called you you did not answer your phone (lies). Therefore, we couldn’t do your lab work.
This office deserves an audit by the medical board.
CARE IS NOT WHAT THEY PROVIDE. IF YOU TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO MONKEYS GO THERE…
They just bill hell out of bunch of Armenian elderly and do the routine. You know!!!
Went to Dr Armen Kassabian in burbank and got my stuff resolved. After 2 weeks of incompetence and lies by their staff.
Armen and Shahen pogosian md, urologists are doctors you DO NOT want to go to when you need care.

Don’t go there, that’s all i can say. Worst dr. ever.

The staff is a joke i have been calling and making an appointment for the past 5 days!!!
The staff are so incompetant they dont even keep records
For 5 days they failed to check my PPO insurance and wouldn give appointment when i was in pain!! i emailed them a copy 3 times but i did not get a call back!!! And every day that i called back during those 5 days they keep telling me the computers are down!!!(you dont need a computer to check my ins. You can callll!!!) how many weeks do you need to check PPo!!!
And every time that i called back i would get the same questions again!!! Its like im calling for the first time!!!
And finally i decided to go in without an appointment to see whats going on!!!
When i got there staff started to blame eachother!!! unbelievable!!!
This was by far the worst experiance that i ever had with making an appointment!!!
Maybe Dr HRayr is a great doctor but thanks to incompetant lazy and sleepy staff i guess we’ll never know!!!

Shahen Boghosian is the WORST doctor ever. His all workers is very rude. If I could I will give him a zero star.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my father.
Shahen Boghosian is the WORST doctor ever; if you of corse can call this animal a doctor. He made my father’s situation even worst than it was before the appointment with him. It all started when my father saw a little blood in his urine which was only because of a kidney stone (which we found out later when we took him to the emergency room). This so called doctor set my dad for prostate check up and without informing him about the procedure (which must be done by law). He violently pushed the tool into the urine system with no care that the patient almost lost consciousness from pain. He did more damage than good because later there was infection in his system and true Doctors at Glendale Adventist hospital had to take care of. (I guess that’s what they do to turn you in to a permanent patient). It’s bean more than four months now, but my father still suffering and having hard time every time when there is a need to go. And when he told him the situation and said that he’s not gonna go to him anymore, he started yelling and screaming at him and eventually said that he didn’t care since medical doesn’t pay him well anyway. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AS FAR AS YOU CAN if you care about your health.

This doctor is the worst doctor. He treats his patients as if they were animals. Even his check ups injure you because he purposely makes you his permanent patient. He does not know his job. HE IS THE WORST AND I WOULD ADVICE ANY PATIENT NOT TO GO TO HIM.
