I have been going to this store for years now. This is one of my favourite stores. The stuff is super super nice. Even though they are always busy and have lots of costumers they always find time for each and everyone. Their store manager Lucy is my favourite girl. Not only she is hot, sexy and gorgeous, she is also super polite and always helpful. I love going there every time i go to Americana.))))))

Absolute rudest and worst customer service ever. Snotty and disgusting girls. I miss the Marciano’s at The Grove soooooo much. Management: try harder. I can spend $ 600 on an outfit elsewhere and not be treated like this. Everyone at Americana: Nordstroms is just across the way. Experience some customer service. You are worth it.

I HATE coming into this store. I know hate is a strong word, but the experience makes me feel that way. I really like Marciano merchandise, but I hate the experience in this store. The second you walk in, the employees attack you with a million questions and don’t stop. If I have questions, I will ask. I don’t like when people try to give me their opinion when I didn’t ask. They don’t let you to just look around and decide if you like something. The other day one of the girls kept being pushy and I nicely brushed her off, but that didn’t stop her. I couldn’t believe it when she approached me holding a dress and held it up at me saying «it would be perfect for me.» How about I decide for myself what I like. I get that the bosses of Marciano probably tell them to be pushy to move merchandise but it is very unpleasant. Retail owners need to realize that customers are people not just puppets to push to buy things. When I got annoyed and left, the other girl started asking me «if I was sure I didn’t like anything.» I keep going into that store once every blue moon to give them another chance and they always make sure to disappoint. I guess I am just gonna stick to online shopping.

I came in on Monday looking for a birthday outfit. It was after a long work day and yes, my sock bun was ragged, I had raccoon eyes and my clothes were beat up… I think my hoodie may have had specks of fur on it (I have a dog and 2 cats, so yes fur is the norm).
Anyhow, I had literally walked through 8 stores throughout the mall and the Americana without anyone so much as acknowledging me. The stores weren’t busy, hell I even walked right in front of various store employees and no one said hi, OK, one other store did actually say HI but that was it.
When I got to Guess by Marciano, the tall brunette woman went out of her way to help me. I told her what I was looking for and she tried her hardest to get me what I wanted. We chatted, she set me up in the dressing room, she checked on me… I mean she did what is lacking in so many other stores. Customer Service. Not just that, she seemed quite Genuine.
I didn’t get anything that day, but I will go back, because 1 I love the quality of the clothing and 2 I always love the customer service I am provided, no matter what I am dressed like. I didn’t catch the woman’s name (she told me but I am horrible and forget name), but kuddos to her! You set the standard.

Nice store situated toward the back of the Americana right next to the Pacific Theaters. Rather small location. Store is very clean and inviting. Love the classy chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. I was looking for a nice dress to wear for my friend’s birthday party. Saw this cute red number on one of the mannequins and had to try it on. So happy they had my size! They have a great selection of dresses and outfits to choose from. The sales lady was really great in helping me pick out the right size and accessories to go with it. So happy I could do a one stop shop. This location has a lot more variety than the Arcadia location.

My lady and I decided to strolll because it was a lovley night. Being into fashion like we are we constantly frequent different stores and boutiques. We ran across this store and was taken by the garments we saw but the European tall women that greet us was far from warm and inviting as a matter of fact I felt I was back in the old days. when my lady accuired about a magazine with their styles in it and was told «THIS IS FOR CUSTOMERS THAT SPEND 150 OR MORE.» WOW… Can u believe this sx%÷. Latrr we were greeted by another young lady that was very warm and inviting and offered us. Guess what the same magazine that the other lady didnt want to give us. FIGUre that one out…#BEWARE Marciano think ahout wow you leave in charge. You never know who has koney.

I’m sorry but the girls here are helpful and nice… the store may be small but that is why it is considered boutique store. Customer service is super important to me and they do just that :) good job girls!

I used to love Marciano, especially the shop in Las Vegas. There seems to be more options in Vegas, but something seems to have happened to this brand. Their merchandise is thinning. I walked in and I walked out. Nothing exciting. Oh well. I DO see that every place, every brand, everywhere has knocked off Herve Leger, and THAT, my friends, is TRULY sad.

Came here looking for gold colored jewelry to match the red dress my boo bought me for Valentines. They were super helpful and I found the cutest pair of earrings and a cuff (which happened to be on sale and this made me even happier). Definitely something I can wear more than once.
