They sell happy meal transformer toys that do not transform but the display is deceiving. Service is very poor and the food is especially oily. Parking is limited bathrooms are dirty. Disappointed to come here

Terrible service, management locks the doors and closes 15 mins earlier than they are supposed too.

mcdonalds has come a long way. now they are starting to have somewhat healthier options like oatmeal, egg mcmuffins with egg whites, fruit smoothies, etc. this is right by a college and an elementary school which is a great and convenient location. college students can grab something before class, or study while eating there. there is a separate sitting area which is much quieter. there is no drive thru. staff are nice and friendly and the food is served hot! my favorite is the fish filet and the chicken nuggets hehe :)

Horrible customer service. Just because a location is busy doesn’t justify them messing up every order. I just left McDonald’s with an order that was missing three items. Not only do they not care to look but they can’t even put a smile on their face. Note the fact that they have a ad on the wall saying«we are hiring smiles» Step it up.

LOUD! This could be a 4 star, but the TV is on at high volume. To make sure it is unpleasant, they have the music blaring. If you want to relax and eat a decent burger(food was fine) take some ear plugs. What a shame, because it would be easy to fix.

I used to live in the Verdugo Woodlands area and my go-to Mcds stop. This is virtually the most chill McDs I’ve visited. I love and hate this Mcds for various reasons. I hate it because they don’t have a drive-thru and if I don’t feel like wearing clothes that match or brushing my hair, I’m forced to walk-in and place my order even though it is a McDonald’s! I love this Mcds because the fact they don’t have a drive-thru, they prep french fries made to order and always come out hot and fresh!!! Yummy!!! Yeah, so they’re a bit slow! Food is hot! Made to order! Staff are nice and they smile, not like most Mcds!

McDonald’s is bad to begin with, but when there is nothing else open it has to do lol. This McDonald’s is particular is pretty bad. I came here last night, ordered in the drive thru, first the person who took my ordered sounded mad(I would be too if I worked at McDonald’s) then when I got my food and drove off, my order was wrong, no biggie. When I went back to get my order fixed the person who took my order told me that the order was right and that I ordered the wrong thing, so it was my fault according to them. All I have to say is I will not be back.

This place is a mess. Drive the extra mile and go to a different location. It took 20 minutes to get my food and everything was cold and too salty.

Busy. good service but the products they give are nit good. I took once the coffee it cost me 2, 30 and it was just water ice and caramel flavor. If they want to make easy money it be better to close the business. Businesses should be competitive in prices and products. They are waiting the students to make money because the days that school isnot opened the dont do anything.

Great service! Asked for more sauce and I got it! Not stingy at all, but we did buy a lot. Most places though give me a hard time with extra sauces! Thanks I am hooked on that Habenero Ranch lolz

Horrible service, the employees here are complete d*cks, the male restroom is always dirty, and parking here is horrible. This McDonalds is so lucky that there’s no competition. I rather drive to the Glendale galleria to their restaurant instead.

It feels weird writing a review for a fast food place, but I think they deserve it. I’m not sure if it’s just because they always have mass volumes of people, but their food is much fresher than most mcdonalds. I’ve noticed it never sits longer than 5 mins, which is rare. The staff are very friendly too. I come here most tues during lunch, and the cashiers I get are always courteous and polite. It’s amazing how organized they are with so many customers!

The people here are actually super nice. Great food. It’s McD’s. But it’s still a dynamite location.

I only come here for breakfast, for a yogurt parfait, or for their soft served ice cream/mcflurry. I’m ususally pleased with the fatty food I get, and end up coming back. The crew at MD show that they do not want to be there, and have a cold attitude with customers. I can say that going to this MD is healthier than the others, because there’s no drive through! That means you have to walk to it, whether it’s from their parking lot, or GCC.

Well, this is a McDonald’s from the 80’s, and not one of the new community design ones. People are pretty friendly, and the food is hot. I try to avoid this place during breakfast and lunch hours, due to the proximity to Glendale Community College. I come here when i don’t want to travel far from school. The food is hot, but it taste like it has been sitting for a while. On this visit, my McNuggets were dried and crispy skin was all broken up, Basically, they tried to fried too many nuggets and nuggets get stuck together. Also one of the dinner rooms isn’t getting much a/c, and can get warm to hot at times. It looks like a convert sitting area. So sit in the main structure if you can. There isn’t that many parking spots here. so park along the streets. Bad part of that, it is all metered parking.

Least favorite McDonald’s location. Fries never taste the way McDonald’s fries should taste. Food never tastes right which sucks cos when I am cheating with McDonald’s and having that many calories I want it to enjoy it! SUPERSLOW service and the staff is never friendly. PASS on this location if you can. PS. No drive thru.

WARNING: DOESNOTHAVEDRIVETHRU I didn’t know they made MickeyD’s in the burbs without drive thrus??? I thought this only existed in places like NYC where they don’t have the space? Anyway, I drove around the building looking and was so bewildered when I had to walk in. No matter, I went in to get a 20pc nugs and an ice cream cone. No one was in there — which is also weird because I’ve never really been in an empty McD’s, like whether it’s 3am or 5pm, every McDs I’ve ever been in is crackin. Anyway, the servers were kinda just ignoring me for 5 minutes, but then the guy that took my order and gave me my order was very attentive. Anyway, as usual, the quality is delicious and up to McDs standards, yummy, tall soft serve cone and crispy/hot nugs. Really nice and clean inside and has these cute high tables with stools. Just strange set up without a drive-thru!

I’m probably breaking some kind of sacred Unilocal rule about second-hand experiences, but I felt I needed to share this. This morning, my wife had breakfast at this McDonald’s and I just had to relay her story to you(the rating is also her rating). My wife and her coworker visited this location at about 9am, this morning. According to her, this was one of her more unusual McDonald’s experiences. First of all, this might be one of the very few McDonald’s that does not feature a drive-thru. The layout of the restaurant, e.g., the dining area in relation to the kitchen, was also very strange(according to my wife). Another oddity is the fact that this McDonald’s has no self-serve soda fountain– and it took forever to get refills. I was also told of the stellar customer service by one of the workers. Usually, cream and sugars are already on the tray next to your cup of McDonald’s coffee, so when my wife asked him, «Is the cream and sugar already inside?» he replied, «Yeah,» as if inconvenienced by her questioning. This, as he turned his back to her. He was also the one who took forever to refill a cup of soda, and when my wife’s coworker asked him for more salsa for his breakfast burrito– they have breakfast burritos now??- he got one salsa and two jellies, along with a healthy serving of that same attitude. Now, according to my wife, the breakfast at this Mcdonald’s was just as good as the other franchises; her experience was the strange part of the visit. This particular McDonald’s, according to my wife, also had a very diverse crowd of customers: GCC students, some guy carrying a guitar case, a korean AC repairman, day laborers… The diversity of the customers made it seem like they were in some kind of weird McDonald’s commercial; that is, except for the rudeness of that particular counter person. My wife turned to her coworker and said, «This is the weirdest McDonald’s ever, «to which her coworker replied, «Are you talking about the layout, or the people?» and before my wife could answer him, a midget walked through the entrance. Okay! Okay! A man with«skeletal dysplasia» walked in. I know… I know… the term, midget, isn’t PC, but skeletal dysplasia isn’t as funny, either…

Seeing as how the only review for this McDonalds is almost 2 years old and was written by a complete drama queen, I thought it would be appropriate to give an updated, more accurate description of the McDonalds next to GCC This place is run by young employees which can be good and bad at times, around noon this place is PACKED at least 70 kids in there around lunch time so avoid this McDonalds at all costs around lunch time when school is in session… If you happen to go there on a Saturday night it’s like a ghost town no one is ever there and you can get your order in and get outta there in under 2 minutes which is amazing. They keep it really clean there and I never have a problem with my order or the food… It’s McDonalds the hasn’t changed so you know what to expect
