SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Don’t bother with this Agency if they seek you out for a possible job opportunity. My experience: I was contacted by one of their recruiters about a case management opportunity. The recruiter (Francesca) and I met briefly at their office located in Glendale, CA where she proceeded to ask me questions related to my experience ect. At first I was impressed by how professional Francesca seemed to be and agreed to an interview with the company looking to hire a case manager. Fast forward a few days, I get a call from Francesca letting me know that an interview time and place has been established which I was definitely looking forward to. Francesca expressed that she would be present for the interview be between myself and the hiring company. I arrive early to the interview and expect Francesca to arrive also. She never showed. At first I was a little irritated because when people say they’re going to be there I give them the benefit of the doubt. After the interview I felt off, the company with whom I interviewed was great. The staff and the owner were very pleasant and professional. About an hour after getting home I get a phone call from Francesca like nothing was wrong and no explanation as to why she never showed up. Fine, I let that slide. So she gives me a payrate reached during negotiations (with the interviewing company) that included the agencies percentage they charge. So I was excited for the opportunity but informed Francesca that before I made any decisions, I had a few questions that I needed answers to. Again, Francesca was super sweet and said that she would call me back with the answers to my simple questions. She never did. After waiting two days I decided to follow up and give her a call. When I called her, she had no answers for me. She still didn’t call the employer, she dropped the ball. But again I assumed she’s a busy person and gave her the benefit of the doubt yet again. Its been a week and I have heard absolutely nothing. The only question I needed an answer to was what kind of benefits package the hiring company had to offer. This is a basic question. I have since emailed her and its like she has fallen completely off of the grid. She wont return my emails or my calls. Why would you take me through the entire interview process, tell me I basically have the job and then disappear? I passed on numerous job opportunities for this. Even if the job position becomes no longer available, at least reply to an email stating so. They sought me out and proceeded to waste my time. If you are contacted by this agency, save your time and go elsewhere. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever come across.
