Established in 1995.

P&D opened it’s first location in Glendale, CA. Now with six locations throughout Southern California, P&D is the premier source for beautiful drapery, roman shades, custom upholstery, designer fabrics and wallpapers.

A graduate of Interior design from both UCLA and The Academy of Arts, with honors.

Gerardo is a recognized figure in the industry, for his contributions to the window coverings industry, the decorative arts, and for pioneering «people-​safe» approaches to the manufacture, processing and distribution of products to be used in a home.
