I went for a massage with 3 other friends and loved it! We were a little scared about the cheap price at first but I was seriously impressed. My massage therapist was very professional and left me feeling amazing. She knew exactly what my problem areas were without me having to say a word. Also somehow the massage took me to a very psychedelic state of mind. not sure how but it happened to my friends too. Go at your own risk! I loved it

At first I was skeptical about going to this place. Little did I know that this hidden gem with such cheap prices would absolutely blow my mind. If you want to relax and get rid of those annoying knots without burning a hole in your pocket, this is the place to be. Paradise spa, you shall see at least once a week!

i was coming to this establishment for a long time since its close to where i live. Things got a little too weird for me one time that there was nobody there… i heard noise in the back and it was just the laundry and no one was there. I call the number and a lady answer saying someone will be there. First i felt uncomfortable because i was the only one there. The guy demanded a $ 20 tip. Plus i felt touched in innapropiate parts. The massager (the guy with the mustache) even told me to get on my knees which i thought was strange. I felt really uncomfortable. Even suggested i should take my pants off which i didn’t. This is my second review because the lady/​owner called me after the first review and said «what are we going to do with this review»? She said she got rid of him and that he no longer was going to work there. She also said to give me a discount which i didnt care about. I just care about getting treated respectfully. So i said i will delete the comment. Then after 2 weeks i go again and hes there. Talk about people that dont care who they hire just about how much money they can bring to the table. I will never be back and i wont delete this message. Your manners and your lies are so unprofessional

This place for sure is not Burke Williams and certainly not Mandara Spa. If you are looking for a no fuzz, straight up massage to relax, un-​knot those tight and sore muscles, then this is the place to go.
How can you beat the price of this business and special skills of these people. Totally worth it!
Location is easy to find and lots of parking space, which is a factor when deciding whether you should check out the place.
Definitely coming back soon. Vaskan is awesome and he is very nice and helped me with my sore back and left wrist.

Been coming here for years. I wish I can put ZERO star to Juan. He’s an old Asian skinny man w horrible attitude. I asked for strong one for my back massage This old Asian man is horrible. I’m not sure if he even knows what he was doing. All he does was just pressing my back and maybe half asleep too! Waste of my time and money.

Luna, it is very unprofessional to call me and promise me with an appointment time only to arrive 10 mins early and be turned away because of miscommunication with your therapist. Also they made me wait 30 mins only to tell me that they can’t do the massage because … What? They weren’t told or they didnt wanna work anymore??? I have been a loyal customer with your business and you just lost me along with many of friends that go to you guys…

The worst customer service! I arrived for a 10:30 appointment and they said I had to wait until 11. At 11:20 they asked for my payment and when the person told my masseuse I was waiting she told him no. He returned with my money and said sorry she said no. He didn’t offer a free massage or any other services. Number 1 I was waiting where my masseuse could see me so she knew I was there. Number 2 I had an appointment so it was no surprise there was one more appointment. This place is definitely on my black list.

So I feel conflicted about this place. Note before you go that it’s NOT your typical SGV foot spa. Instead of pressure points, this place is more about rubbing. I’m not how else to say it. Yes they do the hot oil and hot stone briefly but it’s still a lot of running. I was annoyed by the owner who was giving me the massage and left for like 10 mins to go the back room. Then left again to answer a phone call. Little things like that really bother me. The staff is really polite and well mannered. This was ok for a one time visit. Will probably stick to my usual place no matter how far they are.

Me and the hubby’s new spot for a couples date before dinner and a movie. you can’t beat $ 25/​hr per person. Remember it is cash ONLY and better to book in advance but they have always taken us in while I was on the phone parking in there lot. LOL!

I braved this place today despite all the negative reviews since I’m too lazy to drive to SGV for my quick fix foot massage — boy I’m glad I did! I guess i got lucky, had an awesome face massage, whole body shiatsu, hot stone & even got a quasi leg and foot scrub! Definitely not Burke Williams, but hey, all this for $ 25 bucks?!
Will definitely come back.
By the way, contrary to other reviews, this place IS clean, had relaxing pipe in music, employees weren’t rude, sections are curtained, roses are red & violets are blue. ;-)

I had not had a foot massage like this one before. My masseuse was waiting for me next to this comfortable sofa there was a bucket with a nice warm water wow that was amazing to relax my feet in water while getting a massage it was heavenly, after he was done with my arms, face and upper neck I was so relaxed I fell half asleep, he proceed to clean my feet then gave me this deep foot massage sooo relaxing he then did the calves yikes when he finished I thought wow that was good.
To my surprise he said turn around I’ll do your back. What more he was able to crack my back and did a little Thai massage that was totally unexpected for 25.00 you can not beat that price with that kind of massage.
I most certainly be back.

Do yourself a favor and read the hidden reviews. The new owners of Paradise Spa are fairly terrible. You can tell by the nasty replies they leave that customer service is not one of their strong suits. I too have had an incredibly negative interaction with them where they refused to honor a promotion. I’ve been lucky and always had okay therapists but because of the behavior of the woman who owns this establishment, I will never be back. There are definitely better massages to be had and avoiding these terrible owners is the best advice I can give.

Just got home after my first massage here with my boyfriend. Okay initially, it seems a bit weird since there’s no much privacy when you are settling into your massage bed. But once the masseuses came out, nothing else mattered. I love that they soaked my feet in hot water for the first half — it’s a nice touch. The massage was incredible.
I wore shorts and a tanktop in and kept everything on. It’s not my favorite way of getting a full body massage but it worked to considering the space. And one my back was the center of attention, we removed the clothes and it was no problem. We both had great massages and I wonder if it lasted even longer than an hour. If you can work with something a bit untraditional to get a great massage, I would recommend it!

This place is great! I brought my mom here and the staff was incredible! Very friendly and very attentive to my mothers needs. I highly recommend paradise spa the prices are great and the service is even better. I’m a usual costumer at massage envy but I think I will be coming here from now on. We had a delightful experience.

I purchased an Amazon Local deal for this place, called to make an appointment and then went along. There was no one at reception, and after waiting for 10 minutes, a man rushed out from the back and whispered at me that I’d have to wait 30 minutes… whoever took my appointment (and yes it was there in the computer) had not checked to see if anyone was actually available at that time…
Additionally in my time standing in the reception area, I realised that the massage «booths» had NO privacy screens, which means that anyone walking past would see you changing, and while I don’t have a great deal of body modesty, that does make me feel slightly uncomfortable seeing as the place is located in a busy mini-​mall and the door stands wide open with no one at the reception desk…
I decided not to wait, instead I went home and called Amazon Local for a refund, which they gave me with no questions, so FIVE stars for Amazon Local!
(Also the «deal» I purchased turned out to be the regular price that they charge… caveat emptor!)

This is my new favorite spot! I’ve been looking around Glendale for a while now. All of their masseuses are great so I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one to go to! Owners are super nice too!

Ok I don’t know about all the negative comments I just left this place and all I can say is AMEN and thank u Jose. It’s like he knew where my pain was and I definitely will be coming again. Curtains are what keeps you from seeing your neighbors, I think they should add one more curtain to enclose your bed so it’s a little more private … Over all great place and inexpensive… with the Unilocal check-​in $ 20 for an hour massage. cash only and don’t forget to tip.
The only bad thing I can say about this place and it’s more like a suggestion is that the employees in the back keep it down. Talking out loud takes away from trying to relax.

I’ve been coming here since before the ownership change. I’ve had my good experiences and my bad, but to be honest for $ 20 – 25 dollars it’s really not a bad deal. Usually my massages are good, maybe not great but it’s usually decent enough that I come out feeling relaxed. The massage tables are separated by drapes, so it does getting annoying if people keep talking.
The place is clean and well maintained and if you check in on Unilocal it’s $ 20 if you come in from 12pm-​3pm. The lady that did my massage last time I was here though used gloves when massaging my feet, and to be honest I understand some people are germaphobic but she had just soaked my feet for 15 mins in hot water and cleaned it pretty well with towels. Massaging my legs/​feet with gloves is just the same as not getting a massage.
I’ve been paid double the amount at other places and my massages were not as good as it is here, but they just could really use some improvement.

Sketchiest place ever. Worst «massage» of my life. Seriously, women especially, do not go here. The older men who run this place and are the masseuses are so creepy and unprofessional. The good reviews on here are when the place was under the old ownership.
From when you walk up and they are sitting outside staring you down like they are going to attack you, to when they «accidentally» see your boobs when you are getting dressed, you will feel so uncomfortable. Also they take you purse in a basket and put it somewhere in another room… super dangerous. You know they look through your stuff.
Also, 2 of the 2 times I went here the entire time I was getting the «massage» the staff/​owners were arguing so loudly, that is all I could think about. After 5 requests that they stop arguing and please quiet down, it never stopped. It was like a bad reality show.
Gayane is a great masseuse, but the other people are so sketchy and weird. Also I paid for an hour and the last time it was about 40 mins long. This place will be closed in a few months as it is a total nightmare.
