After moving from Scottsdale to Glendale we contacted Pink Dolphin. They came out, inspected our equipment, set up our service and were always very professional, on time and a joy to work with. I have never had an issue with our pool since using their service! If you need a pool service in there service area you really need to call them!

I had been batting .000 in trying to find someone to fix my pool problems, 4 problems all at once. It is so frustrating when you have pool problems and you pay good money for bad repairs. I was at wits end, and was thinking the unthinkable, Craigslist, when I decided to check out Unilocal.That is where I discovered Pink Dolphin. The reviews looked good, so I gave them a shot. I called, went to voicemail, left a message. The message promised they would get right back with me, and they did, surprise #1. I described my problems, scheduled an appointment, and the tech called me on the road, and showed up when at the time he indicated, surprise #2. The tech evaluated my 4 problems, said I would receive an email with an estimate that afternoon, guess what, I got the email, surprise #3. I agreed to proceed with the service, and the tech again showed up as promised, not so surprised this time. All of the repairs succeeded, surprise #4 (this may not surprise you, but this was the third company I had contacted for these repairs). Fair prices, excellent service, quality work. Hard combination to beat.

After moving here from a cold weather state and knowing little about pool systems my wife and I got the run around many times from other pool service/​repair companies.
I had a problem with my actuator. I was done dealing with the run around from other companies and looked to Unilocal for a good local company with positive reviews. I called Pink Dolphin. I was happy to speak to Steve the owner. He was very knowledgable and not looking to make extra $ but fix my pool problem. I did not feel rushed or pressured on the phone so setup a service call.
Mike came by 2 days later and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was not looking to sell things I didn’t need. He even came by at 6:30 am to accommodate our crazy schedule. Thank you both for operating a true local business with good prices and integrity.

Other pool service company should model the service, professionalism, honesty and fair pricing Pink Dolphin offers their customers. I needed service like yesterday since I procrastinated too long on caring for my pool. Had leaks on my plumbing and pool filter drain plug, as well as other issues. Steve had a technician come to the rescue in a couple of days. Placed a bid and completed the repair the next business day. I couldn’t be any happier with the result! These guys know what they are doing. Thank you Steve and Mike!!!

From the first contact by Steve to the weekly techs and including a quality control gentleman that just comes out to check occasionally that all is well, the service is top notch! These guys are great. I’ve used them on numerous occasions for various problems with my pool pump and vacuum. They are reasonably priced and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Pink Dolphin Pool Care is GREAT! I’ve lived in the valley for over 30 years and have always had a pool. I have had other companies come out to help out, but none of them come close to this company for service, price, & that extra element that separates the so-so’s from the Awesome.
How did I not hear about this company before?! They drive around in pink vans. How did I miss that!
I just had work done from a different company on a fountain pump and was not happy. I asked that other company to take a look at a water leak from the pool pump that was sitting beside the fountain pump. When they did’t even call me back in 4 days, I decided to look on Unilocal for a different company.
I am very glad I saw Pink Dolphin on Unilocal & called them. They are the real deal. Before they even came out they made a recommendation that saved me about $ 180.
When Mike came out to the house 6÷30÷15 he was everything you would want in a service tech.

In my nightmare of finding a reliable pool service, I got a call back from the owner, Steve. Unfortunately, his company doesn’t service my area — but he spent a lot of time on the phone giving me some referrals and educating me on what to look for when choosing a company. Who knew that just because you have a net, bucket, and chlorine, that you’re not necessarily a pool company?
This is a company that clearly has outstanding customer service.

Steve and his crew are great. My daughter uses them for monthly service and recommended them when I was having an algae problem I couldn’t seem to resolve. They were out within 24 hours of my initial call and now less than a week later my pool is beautiful and crystal clear once again. They answered all of my questions in a language I could understand. Even told me they will contact me in 6 months to remind me to clean my filter!

I just wanted to thank pink dolphin. Yes they were extremely busy when we called because of all of the storms, but they came out and completely blew out our pool line and everything works again ! I had a great experience with them. I am not a regular customer and was concerned that they would not help me with my pool pump problem. I was very pleasantly surprised. They came out in 1 – 2 days and would have been sooner except the service tech had an illness in the family.
The service tech looked and acted like a pool service professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. I had other local pool service companies come out for this same problem. They all wanted to sell me new pool filter cartridges ($ 300) or an entire new filtering system ($ 750).

Pink Dolphin Pools has been servicing my pool for almost two years now and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I have always received excellent service at reasonable prices. The owner, Steve, is great at communicating with me about any questions or concerns I have and/​or any equipment issues that arise. If a part needs to be replaced or repaired, he emails me a picture of the part along with his estimate for the work. If I call him with questions, he answers his phone or immediately calls me back. I was told it would be hard to find reliable pool care… well, I guess I got lucky because I certainly found it with Pink Dolphin!

I contacted Pink Dolphin Pool Care when I needed to have two major items replaced, my pump and my filter. Steve, the owner, had the most competitive prices and provided fantastic service. They were on time, fixed other items such as my water leveler at cost with no labor charge, and Steve is always available to answer a question. He is the type of owner who gives you his cell and answers his phone. When Steve was not able to answer his phone he has quickly replied to my voice mails and text messages.
