Went in for a small but deep scratch. They took care of it right away, and i was on my way in 20 min.

I got into a really bad accident that took the fender off my jeep, my front bumper and chipped the paint on my car horribly. I came here and Mick was so helpful and understanding. Helping me understand what I needed to get done, and how to save the most money by fixing some things instead of completely taking them off (some mechanics make you completely buy new items when your car is fixable– just to get extra cash). I really appreciated the help. And my jeep looked great. So happy with the service.

I originally decided to take my ’97 Acura Integra into PTCC because of the great Unilocal reviews and the close location. I can safely say the service lived up to my expectations – Mick is professional and honest, and will get you a decent price without sacrificing quality. I took my car in for not only a full paint job, but for a few minor technical fixes. Mick made sure I paid for the lowest price possible for parts, and kept me up to date while the car was being serviced. I would recommend them to anyone and would revisit for future service in a heartbeat. Thanks Mick, you’re awesome!

I had to get my L-​sided mirror replaced. The whole process took about 20 minutes (once the part was in) and the replacement looked identical to OEM. Mickey was very helpful, and the price was super cheap, thus sparing me an afternoon of watching youtube videos entitled «how to change your own mirror 2011 Chevy Cruze,» and the like.

100% recommend this place! Gary has been SUCH a tremendous help while I handle my totaled car. He’s made everything so easy and I truly believe that he has my best interests at heart. I’ve never had to handle so much car-​related business on my own before and knowing that I have someone who isn’t going to take advantage of me and is honestly helping me with each step along the way (even going so far as helping me find a NEW car!!!) has offered me such relief. This place is the best.

Go see Mick! After reading the reviews, I took my Hyudai Sonata to get a quote on a bent panel of my car and Mick saved me a couple hundred dollars compared to my previous quote. I dont have car rental on my insurance, but Mick let me hold on to a loaner free of charge for several days while I got my car worked on. A real stand up guy, believes in the people and bright. I highly recommend this place for your auto collision repair needs!

Finally made an account on Unilocal JUST to leave a review for Mick and his team of amazing employees.
Recently, a car rear ended me which then made me hit the car in front me. I had to deal with damages to the front and back of my car along with having to deal with not only mine, but the person at fault’s insurance company. It was quite a disastrous situation because their coverage limit was very low, but they failed to let me know. ANYWAYS, whilst all this was happening, Mick had beautifully finished my brand new car and was also helping me contact and talk to these companies.
To be honest, I visited two other auto body shops before going with Prime Time. If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time looking. PRIME TIME IS IT! They are the perfect blend of professional and personable. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! THANK YOU, MICK!

Prime Time made the process of getting my car repaired so easy. I found them on Unilocal as they already had good ratings. They were the 2^nd place I went to for a quote and I went no further. They offered a very competitive rate and a few days later I scheduled an appointment. They assured my car would look brand new and they weren’t kidding. I got my car back the same week and they were able to setup a rental car for a really good price. I got my car on time as planned and couldn’t be happier. Definitely deserve the 5 Star rating. I was helped by Nick. Awesome guy, very down to earth and straight forward no BS. At first i was referred by my sister about this body shop because i was impressed with the job they had done on her Cadi. It looks brand spanking new! So i went and got an amazing /​hospitable experience with Nick. My plan of going to another body shop to get another quote was shot down. I told myself this is it! If you want an awesome service and get your car done with high quality, go to Prime Time Collision center @ San Fernando, Glendale. My car is still at the shop so I cant wait to get it back!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! At first I was hesitant because of the ratings. Now I know why! I was really happy! The employees were very helpful. And they didn’t charged me for my rental car! Mind you I used it for three weeks, FOR FREE. My car looks new. Perfect. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO HERE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR. :)

I had my SUV painted at 1day&body center and there was paint damage on my seat. I mistakenly gave them 1star. Since 1day is down the street. The owner Andre responded within 24hours and told me to call him to clean my seat. When I arrived he was too nice to clean my seat. Was looking through my glove compartment and found the receipt. To my surprise I was at the wrong business. He offered me a discount if I ever needed his services in the future. This only took 10 minutes and I was on my way. I will be defiantly be coming back here.

Our son was in a fender bender in our Civic. After speaking with Gary we took it in for an evaluation and 48 hours later our car looked better than new. The staff at Prime Time are very professional. All of our friends have horror stories about body shops that gouged them with extra expenses and unseen damages but not Prime Time. They even went the extra mile an buffed out some other scratches that we had never addressed.
If you are in need of body work go to Prime Time. Even though there are many body shops between our home and Prime Time we will always go there. Prime Time is number one!!!

This review is way past due. My wife backed my 2013 Dodge Challenger into the wall. I went onto Unilocal to find a Auto Body shop and found Prime Time Collision Center. I was kind of hesetant and suspisious due to their perfect review.
Once I showed up for an estimate I fully understood why they have a perfect rating. They fixed all the damage from what was caused by the wall and other nicks and dings included. Gary the owner said he would take my car right then and there and start working on it the following Monday. He also called Enterprise for me and reserved a car for me and schedualed a ride for me. When I asked how long would it take he said only a week and I will start on it Monday. When I called on Friday morning for status Gary said it will be ready tomorrow.
When I showed up and saw my car it look like the day I drove it off the dealers lot. No damage what so ever from the wall. All nicks, dings, and scratches around the car where all touched up. I will defently come back if I need any auto body fixing needed.

Just picked up my 2011 Mini Cooper S and let me just say, I feel really good about choosing Prime time. I was apprehensive about choosing anywhere other than a Mini dealer to do the work just because I know these cars can be a little finicky. I called around and got some quotes for breaks, these guys were definitely the cheapest. Gary was awesome from the start. He was able to get me in next day, was informative and honest, and showed me the parts before to assure me they were original parts from Germany. Upon picking up my ride, I was pleased as well as delightfully surprised to find that my mini had been washed and the scratch on my rim had been touched up with black paint. To make things even better, Gary shaved off a little from the total owed. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Found these guys on Unilocal and dropped in on a whim to see if a nasty keying on an entire side of my jag xj8 was going to be worth fixing. (The punk that did it got all 4 panels).
Gary looked it over, gave me a really reasonable quote and also said he’d see what he could do with a couple smaller scratches on the other side.
2 days later they called me to come in and I was amazed. Full side painted and matched — and the other side was almost like new too (at no extra charge).
And the car was spotless. I’ve gotten cars back from body shops before that look like they served a tour of duty in Iraq.
These guys rock! Great price and service. I guess Unilocal works…

I had the pleasure of working with Gary and his team very recently and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
Prime Time went above and beyond to help me out. They got the best deal compared to the shops in proximity and communicated with me through the whole process. When I went to pay, they had already started the job. Talk about trust!
They even went as far as giving me great advice on how to deal with my accident. As a female, it’s always a nerve wrecking experience dealing with body shops, but I can comfortably deal with Prime Time any time. They’ve earned my trust and business.

@ Princess I. You should be ashamed of yourself for defaming such hard working, honest individuals. Just because your dad’s, boyfriend’s, or uncle’s body shop can’t do as well as these guys, you decide to go on a smearing campaign. I hope they sue you for all that you got.
I for one can attest to their great work and honesty. Just had my rear bumper fixed by these guys and am very satisfied with their work especially matching the paint to 10 year old car. Plus they didn’t charge me a penny over the estimate and gave my car a free detail job.
Folks there is a reason they are the highest rated body shop on Unilocal in all of Los Angeles: awesome customer service.
