My name is Brian Spear and I am the owner of S&S Appraisal. We have been doing real estate appraisals in the Los Angeles vicinity and the surrounding counties since 1993. We appraise single family homes, condominiums, and 2 to 4 unit income properties.

We specialize in attorney and legal valuations for bankruptcy, divorce and family law, probate and estate, accounting and tax purposes, and offer expert witness services, when requested.

We also specialize in working with hard & private money lenders, with an understanding many of your loans are rehabilitation projects and may require both ‘as is’ and ‘after repair’ appraised values.
