Serenity is by far the most affordable HBOT(Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) place in town. I am not suffering from an illness, I am just preemptively taking care of my body and I have started doing HBOT weekly as a way to pamper myself, although it is not as near as pleasant sa a massage. HBOT is currently an experiment for me to see how my body reacts. So far i like it. I feel a slight tingling in my limbs when I’m done with a session, and I feel extra alert and clear in my thoughts. A little like the main character in the movie, Limitless. It is a good feeling. HBOT as I have read about it doesn’t have many measurable short term effects, but over a long period is when positive effects supposedly manifest. The mainstream medical community only use HBOT for wound healing. I believe it is mostly commonly used in conventional hospitals for chemotherapy and radiation recovery. Chiropractors and holistic health places like Serenity, offer it to those of us who want a taste. So I’m taking my time and expecting little, and just trying to be mindful of any changes. Of course this is perfect bait for me to spend a lot of money on something that may not be too effective. We’ll see… There are many athletes who make HBOT part of their routines which include: Novak Djokovic, Tim Tebow, Darren Sharper, James Harrison, Terrell Owens and Hines Ward. Kate is always the one to greet me at Serenity HBOT, so say, «Hi, and mention this review.» I’m trying to talk her into a discount for any referrals she gets.
