AAA offers so many services! Roadside assistance, maps, books, DMV support and cruises… and that just what I know about! This location is recently remodeled and comfortable with no waiting during the week. Definitely the drivers friend!

My wife and I have been with AAA auto for many years. We use the DMV service and have always had good service at the Alhambra location till we went to the Glendora location. We wanted to switch our home insurance over to AAA but have experienced nothing but problems. The sales rep, «Hayward» failed to communicate with us, had to reschedule appointments and never followed up on our questions and concerns. I decided to come in and speak to a manager and was treated extremely rude. He did not take any responsibility for the failure in service and bluntly said it’s not their responsibility to follow through on any call backs when a customer requested it. It’s been a few months and we are still dealing with issues that were never resolved thanks to the lack of service and total disrespect. I will never go back to this branch for service. Please be thorough and cautious when dealing with this branch.

This is the place to go to bypass DMV. I even was able to book my hotel reservation for New Year’s Eve with a very nice lady :).

Plain and simple. Always helpful!

Not sure what’s going on lately but customer service has been horrible. I have been on hold for literally 30 minutes (so plenty of time to write this review). Same last month. And why can’t I use my debit card in the automated system? You’ve got to have your banks routing number and your banks account number, Hello! it’s 2015, time to update the system. (Still on hold by the way)

Good and fast service, very organized. Steven is very personable and very eager to help. Awesome place to do business.

Short lines, fast service, nice friendly staff, I would have French fries with these guys anytime.

Went today… no lines at all. About 9:45am. Waited about 30 seconds, was helped and out the door I went. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and friendly. Smiled at me and made me feel welcome. Parking was simple. Glad they are here in Glendora. Thanks… you guys rock!

This review is personally done for Chad Healy insurance agent .I went into the office and was directed to chad healy and the only reason why I was there was to restart AAA ROAD SERVICE.
What we really liked about Chad and my wife also liked about Chad .he was not pushy he was very very quick to be attentive to our need he was understanding and very helpful never once did he ever push service on us or ask me if I was happy with my insurance company now ! Even told him that I was impressed by his professionalism and I thought he was very cool when he walks out of his office for some reason my wife and I noticed that he has a lot of certificates on his wall for professionalism so if you’re going to Triple A in Glendora I would advise you to have a consultation done with Chad he’s well worth it.sincearly.

I Love AAA, Loyal to the A forever!

Every time I have to go here the only thing I think is «why do I even have a AAA membership». The lines are always huge with long waits and the staff greets you with all the kindness you would expect from a DMV employee. Half of the trips I have made to this location end with me just leaving out of frustration over the wait. Avoid this place if at all possible. By the way the only reason I do have a membership is for the road side assistance.

Provides the services you expect from AAA, but every time I come here the staff has treated me so well. It’s fast and easy and they give me crystal clear explanations for everything. Perfect!

I love the fact I don’t need to go to the DMV any longer to get my registration needs taken care of, fortunately for me there’s this glendora location close to home so that I am able to sell a vehicle or transfer over a name from another owner it’s so much easier waking into this AAA office rather than dealing with the huge lines and wait times over at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Less headaches less time period!
Travel Department I have gone on two vacations with AAA I don’t like the fact your forced to purchase travel insurance that doesn’t help you if in fact no planes fly due to a strike! If this occurs on your vacation where the airline is on strike you need to get a different plane, your money isn’t transferable it’s just a matter of getting another plane and figuring out the situation on your own. The fee is a way of getting money for the company as insurgence in case you don’t go on your trip or there’s a problem however, when that problem occurs you won’t get any money back they will fight you so it’s basically non refundable and hope to God you don’t get sick that your able to still go on vacation.
The travel agency trafalgar they deal with is highly recommended to see all the sights and make your trip a memorable one… you will be glad you used a travel director however, if your over seas and your planes are switched or interrupted for reasons that planes go on strike all the time and your unaware because your not watching televised TV that the U.S. Is watching you won’t find out about it with your travel directors you will need find out once you arrive at the airport and your told your not in the manifest to board that plane you thought you were leaving on.
Be aware when flying over seas to other countries that you should stay connected to your family daily on updates via wifi and email in case a disaster occurs and any other frustrating experiences that will happen, it most likely will happen in your case. It most definitely did in my situation

I came on Saturday. I came a little early because I got out of the startbucks drive thru a little earlier that anticipated.
20 min before opening, 10am… there were 5 people already ahead of me. Glad I came early. The sun was blazing hot. They need to start putting some shades outside. The line got longer and longer, maybe 40 people now. The lady who opened the door said, wow, it’s not Disneyland guys. I looked back… yeah it did look like the cars ride line.
I got in, checked in and I was out in 10 minutes. Woo hoo.
So my point is, get a starbucks frap and get here early and bring a hat.

Easy parking and convenient location. Short lines for DMV renewal. Make sure you bring cash or a check since that is the only way to pay.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been a AAA member for 8+ years. This is the closest location to my house so I frequently stop by. The lines are not that bad. Whenever I have trips, I always stop by to get some free maps. I’ve never really used the DMV service here cause I do all of it online. I recently came in here to renew my membership and wanted to add my dad to my plan too. We would have to pay 50 bucks more, but they had a great deal where we ended up getting it free after paying with credit card for my dad! Yay! So awesome!

Dad has been a perfect driver for 23 hrs at AAA. Got in an accident and rate shot up by $ 600.00 for three years. Accident forgiveness is not in their Motto! Time to look for another insurance company!

The little DMV inside accepts cash (they have change) or check only. The service itself is free for members.
When I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the check-​in counter, who pointed me in the right direction. There were several people in line ahead of me (I came in the afternoon), so I was worried about the wait. (There were a lot of people in AAA overall, actually.) Turns out that the wait was nothing at all – maybe 10 minutes to get my registration renewed.
I was happy with the quick, hassle-​free experience. Everyone was nice, I just wish that everyone smiled a little more. There was a blonde guy doing DMV stuff that was very smiley and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn’t get him. I got a lady who was efficient and nice but never smiled.
As far as AAA overall, I’ve had great experiences with them the past. No matter what time it is, you can call them if you (or your friend) locked the keys in the car or need a tow. They’re always very patient and friendly over the phone. They give out free travel books to members. LOTS of places give discounts if you show your AAA card too (like Payless Shoe Source and many other random places). Definitely worth the cost of membership for all those discounts alone, but it’d be worth it either way.

My local AAA, so convenient! Like another poster mentioned, timing is important– I do avoid this place during the afternoon and weekends. Mornings are the best time.
I get all my registrations here, and anything I can do to avoid the DMV, I am THERE!
I have had them help me plan a dream trip to Hawaii, and although I went ahead and did the booking myself to save $$$, I got all the maps and stuff from them, which was invaluable.
I use their «Trip-​Tiks» all the time when going on Road trips, they are AWESOME. Its like a little booklet map that maps out your route perfectly, and has all the stops along the way, including attractions, hotels, food and more. I love those things.
The people who work here are all courteous and helpful. I actually would LOVE to get a job here. It looks like a great environment.
