Marty Rodriguez and Lorie Mason helped us not only find the house of our dreams but sell our existing house for a great price in less then a week. Their knowledge and expertise made the entire experience as stress free and smooth as it could be. I highly recommend their services as they were great to work with.

We were referred to Marty by another friend in the real estate market. We had an awful experience before and I honestly disliked agents.
We ended up working with Peter Pallesen. In the beginning I was hesitant but he does an EXCELLENT job. His main priority is making sure we are protected in all ways. He is thorough, knows the area, honest, straight forward no BS, curious, great negotiator, and knows his stuff. He also explained everything to us in a very professional manner.
Even after the sale closed, he came by to check on us and when we had an issue with the house he took the lead to help.
If there are 10 stars I would mark them. Based on our experience he is the top #1 agent.

We’re trying to relocate to California from Illinois and have limited time during our visits to find a place to live. We found a house for rent in Glendora and emailed Marty Rodriguez to view the property. We didn’t hear back from them so we followed up with a phone call later in the day. I spoke with Robert who apologized for not getting back to us. He explained that the house we were interested in was rented but that he had others to show us. He was available the next day and said he would email us with a time. I received an email from Christine saying that the property was rented already. I emailed her back explaining that we had spoken to someone about already, and that I thought his name was Richard. I asked her to have him contact us for a time the next day because we hadn’t heard from him yet.
I received an email back from her the next morning saying that there wasn’t anyone named Richard there and no other suggestions.
I called the office again to see if I could set up an appointment. I was transferred to Roberts voicemail and left a message
I have yet to hear back.
There has got to be an immense amount of competition in this field in this area. I cannot imagine this behavior conducive to a thriving agency.
I would go somewhere else.

Simply stated… If you want or need to sell your house, Century 21 Marty Rodriguez should be your first call. Marty makes you feel as if you are the only client she has. Communication is excellent and the entire staff is professional. This is my third interaction (one as a buyer and two as a seller) with Marty. There is nobody else I trust to get the house SOLD!

Marty Rodriguez and her team are simply the best. They have been the best team in the nation for a reason, and it really showed when they handled the sale of my mom’s home. Everything went better than expected; Marty and her team take care of clients unimaginably better than any real estate team out there. She is very knowledgeable in the industry and was available to answer all of our questions at any time of the day. Her office was always prompt and informative, from the time Marty took the listing, to marketing photos and showings, everything ran like a well oiled machine. Even though we felt like we were a little out of the area Marty made sure it was not a problem. Marty holds herself and her office to the highest standard which really showed whenever we came in contact with someone. After two months of looking for a home with multiple rejected offers and being outbid I was fed up, in fact I gave up and told my agent at the time (not affiliated with Century 21 Marty Rodriquez’s office) I was putting my house hunting on hold and thanked him for his services.
Later that day, a friend of mine asked me how my house hunting was going and I told her I quit. She told me to try Marty’s Office, reluctantly I did. I decided to give house hunting one last chance. I called Marty’s office and was put in touch with Kari Santi. My stomach was literally turning when I called and I was feeling so overwhelmed with my decision because I felt bad for speaking to a new agent instead of just going back to my previous agent but I shared my concerns with Kari and she listened and was very sympathetic with my situation and my feelings. By the end of the call I felt so much better; in fact I knew I made the right decision by calling Marty’s office.
I spoke to Kari Santi on a Tuesday, by Friday I opened escrow — that is 3 DAYS!!! Kari and Marty worked together as a team to get my offer accepted.
Marty personally presented my offer to the owners and they accepted Friday evening. Without getting to personal with the deal, let me just say that EVERYTHING about this deal was in my favor.
In this market, what they did for me in the short period of time is unheard of.
Throughout the entire process Kari kept me updated and was in constant communication with me. She always made me feel at ease when I had concerns and handled business very professionally. I received the keys to my new house within 48 days of my first phone call with Kari. When I pull up in my driveway I still can’t believe I have a new home! A month and half ago I was renting a small house, now here I am with my very own home!
With God’s favor and the help of Century 21 Marty Rodriquez office, I will forever recommend Kari Santi and Century 21 Marty Rodriquez office!

Ick. I’ll never do business again with this company. Let me clarify… I will never do business again with Marty Rodriguez’s Century 21 branch again.
I am in the process of closing a deal, one that was supposed to close this week. Apparently, the agents within Marty’s company do not feel the need to contact me when there are updates. I recently contacted my 3^rd agent within that building (I requested a new agent twice due to, what I felt, was poor service) to find out the day my deal would close. Only to find out it will not close this week!
Worse than that, after reading through the chain of e-​mails and looking at the date and times, they had known for 27 hours the deal was extended!
If this were any other situation, I would walk away from it. I would tell her company to kick rocks! Unfortunately, this is my (future) home. The situation does not warrant that luxury for me.
My advise, avoid this place. Use a different C21 agent (there is a close one on Via Verde in San Dimas). Hopefully you have a better experience.
