I have worked with this company for almost two years now. This year we purchased a used copier through them. They are timely and helpful in addressing questions and issues. They’ve exceeded our expectations.
We are most familiar with Pablo – who is exceptional. Last week Jesus serviced our machine and he was just as fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I asked Jesus if they could service a second printer/​scanner we own (not purchased from their company). He had me print a test sheet and explained we need to order a new drum. He saved us time and money and gained nothing by helping resolve my problem. I was and still am so impressed! Thank you!
