WORSE mofo company EVER!!! Do NOT use even if a person’s putting gun to your head!
Called them a week in advance to book a limo for mother’s day to shuttle mom from her house to restaurant. Provided credit card #, address for pickup and drop off. Same day afternoon, received a call from Anita, telling me my credit card declined. I immediately called my credit card company and was informed there was a fraudulent charge and they put a hold alert. I informed them that I need to use my credit card to make a purchase and asked them to take off my hold, which they did. Next morning, I went to the grocery store and used my credit card to purchase food and it was fine. I called Anita back to let her know that everything is good, and she promised me she will try again and let me know if it goes thru or not. Didn’t hear back from her, so assumed the charge went thru.
It is now friday 3 days later, I call her and she informs me that she had given away my reservation to someone else b/​c my card didnt go thru again. She NEVER called me back to tell me this, or email me or let me know. I’m now stuck with no car and all the other companies are totally booked out.
This company will SCREW you over! If you want to get f* in the @$$, give them a call.
