Glendora Trophy & Engraving

«Customer Service» is a huge deal for me (i.e. My reviews) I didn’t even get the pleasure yet of working with Glendora trophy but after 5000 phone calls to every sort of engraving business I could google I landed here. Liz your an angel. My grandmother passed away on Monday after a long bout with Alzheimer’s and she was cremated to be placed with my grandfathers ashes in a duel vault urn. The urn is wood but the name plaque is a ¾ inch flat piece of marble. My grandfather passed away first so his name and date of birth and death are already on it my grandmothers side was left blank (she was still living) but the place that made the urn is out of business! so we need to add it now. The 5000 places I called refused to even consider the task or quote me an offer and WOULD NOT even refer me to someone who could. Liz at Glendora trophy was so sweet said they would need to see it but if they could, gave me the estimate and was so kind and considerate and lovely. It turns out they couldn’t because it was originally sandblasted not laser but did refer me to a place that could! Love you guys! I will be back for the amazing memorial stuff you have just to support such an amazing business that treats customers right!

Excellent service and quality. The owner was incredibly helpful as well as very friendly. Their engravings are the highest quality I have ever seen, and all their plaques and trophies look absolutely stunning.

Used the company twice for work and the delivered will continue to use them

This place is amazing. I had problems getting the trophy from an online dealer so I called them in the morning to ask if the had a trophy for my ugly sweater party. To make a long story short they had it done within 6 hours of placing the order. Adding insult to injury I was stuck in traffic and she waited for me after normal business hours. Their service and ability to get the job done in such a short time is nothing short of amazing. I cannot give them enough props. In one word AMAZING.

I found them on Unilocal because i had to get a trophy made. the place is small and slightly hard to find, but their selection there is HUGE. i’ve never been to a trophy and engraving place, but they are definitely various in selections. From plaques, to trophies, and even keychains, bracelets and champagne and wine glasses. they have it all. My order was done in two days and they call you when it’s ready for pick up! i walked in 5 minutes before closing and they still helped me out! they wrapped my trophy nicely so it doesn’t get any scratches too. they were sweet the service was awesome. it’s a great place to get something done! i would definitely recommend this place!

Called in about 4pm on a Thursday looking for a small trophy with a Santa on top with two lines of engraving… that I needed the very next day. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful. She took my order (luckily they had the Santa because all the other trophy shops in the area didn’t stock it). She took my order and told me I could pick it up on my lunch the very next day. Now that’s service. The shop called me at about 11am confirming my order was ready for pick up. I walked right in… it was ready… paid and was out. Gotta say the trophy is pretty freakin awesome too! Awesome job and even more awesome customer service. I’ll def be back to get all my trophies done here.
