Ever since participating in a mock trial in elementary school I’ve wanted to be a trial attorney. Immediately after passing the bar exam on my first attempt, I opened up shop focusing on personal injury, insurance bad faith, and wage and hour class actions. Within a year I had the results to back up my passion.

Eleven months after opening I settled an insurance bad faith case for $ 257,500.00 against a long term care insurance company with only $ 21,000 in policy benefits at issue. Some recent victories include a $ 615,000.00 products liability, $ 250,000.00 medical malpractice (limited to the micra cap), $ 180,000 soft tissue settlement, $ 117,000 verdict with a tough OC jury, $ 150,000 insurance bad faith, $ 177,000 general negligence, $ 90,000.00 with disputed soft tissue injuries, as well as numerous others.

I am currently co-​lead counsel on Moore v. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. and Martinez v. Guess?, Inc., wage & hour class actions with thousands of putative class members.
