My AC broke during the summer. Kevin was super responsive and was able to get out here on the same day! Work was done very fast and professionally! I’m so relieved!

Called Mackey Air and spoke to Kevin. I was so grateful that he was able to come over the same day. We had a problem with our AC not blowing air strong enough. He checked everything and mostly things looked good which made it hard for him to diagnose the problem but partly it was good news to my mom and I to know that most of those things were in good working order. He was very patient with our questions and tried to give us a solution to that might help and promised to be back if we had further issues. As promised he is coming back in short time. He was also very patience explaining from where he was on a roof top what was next answering the many questions I had. So far I am impressed and I don’t even have the rest of the job done yet.

We had a problem with our A/​C not working upstairs. Kevin came, and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. Honest, reasonably priced and great service. Would recommend.

Kevin and his team recently installed central air and heat in our home in Eagle Rock — which previously baked in the summer and froze in the winter. Installation included new duct work and a package unit on the roof. Very professional, timely, and honest service — started on a Tuesday morning and finished on Thursday afternoon. Recommended.

This is an excellent company. Kevin came out the same day I called and was right on time. He repaired my heater quickly and at a great price. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends.

Kevin from Mackey was the only one who called me back on the same day, unfortunately he was out of town that time and couldn’t come for the next 4 days. But I agreed to wait since he was nice enough to call me back on a Sat. He came on Wednesday and within 30 minutes or so, he replaced my capacitor and installed a hard start capacitor. I’m so glad my AC is now working and will not endure the heat again. He seemed pretty honest and reasonable, so I sent him over to my friend’s house to fix his AC. I will keep recommending him to friends and family, hopefully we don’t have to call him but at least I know who to call when I need one.

during the summer it’s pretty hard to get an ac guy to come out that day. my ac fan died. called a few places. nobody picked up. only kevin called back. said that he could be there in a few hours. so i took his word and didn’t bother to call anyone else (now that i think about it, it was a big risk on my part. what if he didn’t show up. i’d have a very angry wife who would’ve said «why didn’t you call other people just in case?!) but for me… i’m kinda old skool. you give your word and i take it. ha.
so anyways… kevin did call me back. came and took a look. said my capacitors burned out b/​c of the fan motor dying. i was dreading another repair cost so he said we can try it out and see if the fan works. it didn’t start up until we pushed it along but i decided to go ahead and have him replace it. he said he’d come back tomorrow then to replace it and said he wouldn’t collect any money right now which was nice (plus he knew where i lived anyways if i didn’t pay him).
he was running behind the next day but called me ahead of time to keep me updated. very appreciated. came out. replaced it… got AC and a happy wife.
his pricing was very fair in my opinion. ac repair isn’t one of those things everyone is familiar with about the costs and stuff so it was very appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me.
he’ll be the only AC guy i call from now on and that i’ll recommend to friends. hopefully i won’t have to see him for awhile (cause that’ll mean no ac problems! woohoo!) but at least when i have issues and problems with the ac, i know i won’t get taken advantage of.

I was very happy! My heater was not working so I called Mackey because a friend had told me about them. The young man was Very professional on time, that never happens. He explained what was wrong and fixed the heater on the spot, none of this I have to get the part and come back nonsense. Very reasonable will for sure use them again.
