I’m giving this 5 stars even though the repairman was a half hour late with no warning. He figured out our fridge was beyond repair and recommended getting a new one, he was nice enough to suggest places to find good deals and warranties on appliances, he waived the fee to look at the fridge because he was late which was nice for us and he had good customer service. Glad he was honest and helpful!

Our refrigerator water function was the slowest ever– so we finally did something about it and called rainbow appliance repair. Eddie T was our man and he showed up on time and fixed everything within 45min! He was super friendly and gave us 2 different options to choose from. 100% satisfied with our service! This was my first time using this company, and as the manager of a building I will not hesitate to use them again! Steve, our technician was totoally professional, friendly, on time and fixed our drier as quick as can be! I called earlier in the day and was able to have someone out 2 hours later, no problem! These guys are great. Our washing machine stopped filling up with water, and it’s a clunker, so I was concerned the cost to fix it wouldn’t make sense. Steve showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in ten minutes, and promptly fixed it for a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

John came up to the house within the agreed upon window (he called a couple of times to let me know exactly what time he’d be here). Once here, he took a look at my freezer that wasn’t defrosting properly and immediately recognized that the problem was a clogged drainage line (he said he saw this kind of problem with my particular model of kitchenaid all the time). He then got to work, disassembling the parts of the unit he needed to in order to get access to the line which was indeed clogged. He said the problem should be solved and guaranteed it with a 60 day warranty on the work. Thanks John!
