We scheduled for a home inspection on 4÷29÷15. Our inspector, Ian Souden & Dallas Compton, came right on time and did a very detail inspection for us and help to answered all our questions. Ian explained the report to us in details and really went above and beyond to explain the report. Our contractor even told us to give them our inspectors number after seeing our reports! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We booked with Morrison Home Inspections on a home we are purchasing via a referral by our real estate agents. My first interaction with Rosanna (scheduling) was fantastic — friendly, prompt, and efficient, especially considering I called the afternoon of New Year’s Eve. She was able to work with our tight schedule and booked our inspection with Ian for the following Monday.
Ian was very professional and even showed up a half hour early to get started, which proved beneficial as we started to run tight on time with our other appointments (not due to Ian). We felt like he provided fair, unbiased judgement and opinions on areas that we may have concern over and areas of no concern. Very personable and easy to talk to, as well as thorough in his explanations and answers. Ian talked us through each major component of his report before leaving the house, asked if we wanted any areas looked at again while he was there, and let us know when to expect the report and how to navigate through the document. We received an email with login instructions within a couple of hours.
Rates were fair and the service is excellent. Use of technology also excellent. Highly recommended.

Set up an inspection on a property we were buying which fell through. Their front office was very understanding. When we were in on our second property, in central LA, we set up another inspection.
Duane was prompt, thorough and very tech savvy. The report was input and formatted on his handy dandy touch screen laptop. It was complete with many pictures, detailed explanations and in an easy to read format. We had a contractor walk through with him to give us an idea of price on work we wanted to get done, and Duane was very amenable. He didn’t miss a single thing that any other inspector caught. They are a family business with a very family feel. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Competitively priced, thorough, efficient, I couldn’t ask for anything else.
Report was provided the next day, and we had to have him come back to amend the report as the DWP did not turn on the electricity at the appointed time. His follow up was also of high quality, and best of all was integrated into the original report and made available on his website for download.
