Wonderful service every time! Jeremy is kind and professional! He runs the place well. Ive had several different girls do my lashes and they all have done an excellent job!

I love the way my lashes look – not overdone. Jeremy always fits me in when I need a fill and it’s a pleasant and clean place to go. Always a good experience!

I came here last week for the first time. I was hesitant about getting a look that was too dramatic so I told Jessica to do a more natural look. She listened and they look great! I go back in 2 weeks for my fill and I’m going to get them more dramatic. I KNOW they will look even better, if that’s possible.
The salon is very nice and clean. I’m afraid I’m going to be addicted to this guilty little pleasure. Looking forward to their new salon in La Verne which will be right down the street from me.

My new GO TO spot since moving back to Cali. Started wearing lash extensions some years ago when I lived in Vegas and I thought I’d never find another place like my first! After Vegas I moved to Scottsdale for a little bit and AZ is seriously lacking in the lash extension biz! I mean they’re absolutely HORRIBLE in AZ! So I was a bit apprehensive about trying yet another new spot… I must say, Platinum Lashes does NOT disappoint! I’ve been going for about 2 months now and their service is awesome! Not just that, my lashes actually LAST! I don’t look lop-​sided when it’s time for my fill Ö.ö And what’s even better is that their pricing is VERY reasonable!
If you’re looking for a quality and affordable lash spot, THIS IS IT.

Jeremy is so professional over the phone. This place was booked far as spots and he went out of his way to ask for my schedule just in case of any cancellations. I love it when people show effort and care. I haven’t had my appt yet but I’m already excited.

Love love love Platinum Lashes! I’ve had my lashes done with a few different ladies there and why settle for one… when ALL are amazingly good! Not only are they welcoming but Jeremy is AWESOME! He is very accommodating when it comes to my schedule and as a customer, I am very appreciative.
The salon is very well kept and organized. It’s all about WOMEN POWER there… or at least that’s how I feel when I walk into the restroom. I love all their little signs… you need to see it for yourself! The open space atmosphere makes it more accessible to just jump into a conversation that is two rows over. It makes it a more enjoyable setting. If you don’t want to listen to other conversations, put on your earpiece or go to sleep! I also LOVE the selection of music that they play.
In closing, I get a lot of compliments on my lashes. There is no other place to go. I went to one prior to this… and I wish I had known about Platinum Lashes beforehand. Again, you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend them!!!

This place is heaven sent! I recently went to another place that burned my eyes with their glue and then could not remove the lash extensions afterwards. Sandy at Platinum lashes immediately made me feel better and was gentle and removed all my lash extensions from the other place without damage. I’m am so happy I came here.

I love this place! Been getting my lashes done for about 3 years now, but started coming here almost a year ago because my other place was too far. Jeremy is all about customer service. Jessica does my super long lashes and I love them every single time. I am super picky with my lashes and they definitely meet my standards. I do wish they were a bit cheaper since I am a loyal every 2 weeks customer.

I’ve been getting my lashes done at Platinum lashes for over a year and I highly recommend it. I’m absolutely satisfied with Jeremy and his staff, he’s always so sweet and very accommodating. He has a full staff of experienced lash artists who all do an awesome job, they each have their very own technique whether you want a natural look or a more dramatic, not so natural look.
I am hooked on the way my lashes look I don’t wear any eyeliner or mascara because I don’t have the need to, I’m constantly get compliments on my beautiful lashes.
I just had a 2 week fill by lash artist Olivia and she does an amazing job with my lashes. I always ask for the length 16 and I always, always want my lashes to look full which she does. I recommend Platinum lashes they’re the best!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EYELASH SALON IN THE INDUSTRY. To amazing customer service and the final product of your eyelashes will guarantee you to keep coming back, the best place I have ever experienced. Right when you walk in a nice greeting from Jeremy who is so accommodating to your needs and scheduling. To the quality of beds, pillows, blankets, everything is so comfortable! The eye pads they put on your eyes are like gel so it reduces puffiness in your eyes before you came seriously everything is the best! Jessica the eyelash artist is super super awesome listens to what you want and achieves perfect eyelashes each time! Wouldn’t go any other place but this place you won’t regret it! Go now call now! First, and foremost the customer service provided from day one has been truly refreshing. Jeremy and all of the artists give such a warm and personal touch each and every time that I can’t help but look forward to every appointment.
I have had my lashes done here for going on almost a year and could not live without them. As a mommy of two, one being a newborn my lashes make me feel ready to go and not embarrassed to walk out the door at anytime. They really do make all the difference in how I feel about my rushed appearance and a God send for a mama who can be short on time to get herself ready.

Jeremy is so unprofessional. Had a few bad experience with platinum lashes so I went to another lash artist who used to work for them but due to my crazy schedule I couldn’t make it to her. I called platinum lashes to give them another chance (hoping they had a senior lash artist available) he agrees to take me in and even tells me he will apply the coupons he emails me every month. I called back to see if he had a earlier time and instead of professionalism, he gives me a earful of lecture of how I used to be his client and that I started going to one of the girl that used to work for him. (That usually happens when you place your old client with new lash artists that’s still in training) I was shocked that as a client I was getting lectured over the phone because I started going somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here consistently since March. I’ve gotten my lashes done by a few different girls, all have been AMAZING!!! I’ve never had any problems, they are super accommodating when things come up, they are extremely busy but they do what they can to accommodate your needs! (Sandy and Jeremy made it happen when I locked my keys in my car and was leaving for Vegas the next day! I NEEDED my lashes)
Jeremy sees his business in the eyes of a customer, he is always so helpful! He makes it a point to engage conversation, it never feels, fake, or rushed!
The salon is clean and it’s very welcoming!
I love the text messages I get to confirm my appointments and and to remind me I have them,
I can be a little forgetful sometimes ;)
I drive far but I refuse to try and find something closer to home. I have everything I need here.
Worth the drive every time!

Love this place! I have been a customer for over a year and I am addicted. I love my lashes and always get tons of compliments. They have amazing customer service, all the girls and Jeremy are very welcoming and always extremely amiable and professional. All the girls do great work, always a happy customer :) I do recommend to book early since appointments book fast, Jeremy always goes above and beyond and seems to find a spot for me, he’s the best!

I fell in love with my lashes. The place is very cute, clean and comfortable.
The staff does some amazing work, and they are all very professional and helpful. It was my first time getting lash extensions and they made me feel very comfortable. After one visit I am already hooked!

Unilocalers please note this review is only basied on the poor level of (over the phone) customer service I recently experienced.
Called on July 23^rd (Thursday morning) spoke to Jeremy, asked for an appointment, either same day or for Friday the 24^th, I was also very clear when I said, I was open to anyday, anytime, I let him know I was also open to their first available appointment, even if it rolled into next week, he proceeds to take my name and number down, then says …
«I’ll call you back» (I thought well why not just schedule me an appointment now since I’m already on the phone and I’ve already expressed I’m open to coming in next week) None the less I was excited and optimistic about his return call… … … … … 300 hundred years later ;)
It’s now Monday July 27^th (end of business day) and I have yet to hear back from Jeremy or anyone from this establishment with regard to an appointment?
I have no doubt this place is the best, I’m just super bummed out I didn’t get to experience it first hand! Thanks platinum lashes..

I don’t get my lashes done here but bring my wife who really enjoys her time here and the place is really clean with friendly people. Highly recommend.

After coming here for the past three months I can officially say I am addicted to getting my lashes done every two weeks! I came to PL just to get my lashes done for a special occasion and I ended up getting them done religiously every two weeks after that event. Jeremy and his staff are incredible and I am always looking forward to seeing them every visit. I have literally gotten at least 2 compliments on my lashes EVERY day since I started getting them done here and I can attest to their amazing work on top of their amazing job of sanitizing all of their tools and making sure you are comfortable through the entire process. If you are looking to get your lashes done it isn’t even a question if you should get them done here, It’s a MUST!

Go every three weeks for a fill like clockwork… No damage done to your real lashes! AND absolutely no mascara needed… Cuts down prep time every morning!!!:) Karen does my lashes every time and I love her she’s young, sweet and so talkative we ways have great conversation! I love my lashes so so so much!!!

Love this place first time there and I’m extremely happy with my lash I believe Laura helped me. I was late to my appointment but they still help me get in. For sure coming back and bringing my sisters and mom here.
