1 star is too many stars, this place is a disaster. Why anyone would come here when there is a Costco right across the street is beyond me. Never enough cashiers to handle the customer traffic, Customer service from management is horrendous, and the store is constantly a mess. General Manager of the store Richard just apologizes instead of actually doing anything about it… Not the brightest man around. You had might as well just go to Walmart, at least they don’t charge you for their horrible service. I was so dissatisfied I actually created a Unilocal

The San Dimas store has the worst rotisserie chicken there is. I bought one on 11/​06, came home and found out the back of the chicken is totally burned to black. It is so upsetting.
Can you believe they still put it in the plastic box and sell it? Should be thrown out immediately after the employee took it off the rack. Lack of quality control and employee training. Don’t ever buy their rotisserie chicken!
In addition, they were painting their parking lot at noontime therefore blocked off most of the parking area. It was so difficult to find a parking space. They should do this at night after store closed. Lack of consideration for customers.

I have to rave about their Tire Center. Brought my stepson in one hour before closing on a rainy night for 4 new tires. George and Robert could have turned us away but they took great care of us. Not only did they get us 4 new tires but they were able to get it done in a half hour. I cannot say enough good things! Thanks guys!

The warehouse is fair, clean and well stocked. BUT DO NOT GO TO THEIR CAFE! I have never seen such slow employees with a complete disregard for CUSTOMER SERVICE! Its 5p on a Tuesday night. I get it, the crowd isnt here, but for pete’s sake there IS a line!!! If you dont like your job, QUIT!

Associate Dave has absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever. Completely rude and dismissive. Waited in line to get a replacement card and got passed up although he clearly saw me simply because he knew the girl he ended up taking instead of going in order.

I like this store. I don’t go here much but when I do they always have great big deals on paper good like kitchen towels and bathroom stuff oh and the big laundry detergents. If you have a family I guess big packaged food is great here but for me it would be a waste so I skip those sections unless I am having a get together then it’s great

I used to love sam’s club, i’ve been a customer for almost 3 years, prices products are perfect eventge customer service was helpful many times within the 3 years until i went yesterday to exchange my mattress and they were so ignorant and rude ecspecially the blonde girl who came to me and gave me a roll to wrap the whole king size mattress, whhhattt? And they said they are not supposed to do it. What a great customer service and they turned their back taking care of other customers just like i am from a different planet and when i started raising up my voice and arguing with them the blonde girl was looking at me and whispering with another customer which was super rude .
One good question to sam’s club manager (what would you do if the customer was a lady or an old man?
Would you tell them that you won’t return the item unless it is wrapped??? or you are gonna say it is the policy. i believe you should’ve told me about the policy before i paid the money.
Bad experience and very frustrated and i am gonna go to coscto since now.
Eventually they got me a guy who did it for me but after standing and arguing more than 30 min.

They are helpful when they see you are gonna pay and if you want to return or exchange they give you hard time.

I am SUPER impressed by the vision center at the Glendora Sam’s Club!
I came here to get prescription sunglasses because my optometrist was way too expensive. The customer service rep who helped me was very accommodating and knowledgable. I was shocked that everything came to $ 113 when I would’ve paid $ 300+ at my optometrists office. What a savings!
The best part was the 2-​day turn around! I could not believe that! I was told when ordering my sunglasses that it would be 7 – 10 days, seems standard, but when they called me two days later for pick-​up I was stunned! And I’m still waiting for my regular glasses from my optometrists office! Kinda wishing I had gone to Sam’s first.
After wearing my sunglasses for a couple of days, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality and customer service I received from start to finish. And now I know where to come for all of my future vision needs!

I love it here! All the employees are so polite and helpful. It’s always clean and gas prices are great. One of the reasons I love it here because I always run into one of your best employees Kristi I’m not sure of her last name but she’s always happy and has flower tattoos on her arm, thank you SAMs Club for Kristi!

Optometry
I got prescription glasses scratch proof fog proof smudge proof self darkening everything I get on these glasses the glasses didn’t get very dark I took them back two days later they said where them for 30 days after that they did get a little darker but in that time I got a scratch on the lens they said oh no they’re not guaranteed worst glasses I’ve ever owned you can’t keep them clean I have tried everything but there always smudge smeared dirty 10 seconds after I clean them they’re dirty again Sam’s Club won’t do anything about it I would not recommend getting glasses from Sams Club to anyone

Usually when I go here there’s only a couple people in line and they have a self check-​out but it only takes card no cash. The people are okay here. I usually go here to just order a pizza and around lunch time it takes almost 30 minutes to have it baked. Can’t complain they are usually really busy.

I like that they have the self check out so you don’t wait in line for a very long time like COSTCO, that’s why I shop more at Sam’s Club.

Only 2 registers open at 6 pm weekday. Plenty of time to briefly say «WHY SAM’S YOU NO HIRE MORE CASHIER?»

Worst customer service. Employees are rude and cannot do their jobs without having to call a manager every 5 seconds to perform a simple task.
Some advice to make the store better:
Fire everyone in member services and returns.
Problem solved.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! STARTING WITH THE MANAGER ROBERT! TERRIBLE! so the store can look up my purchase to see how it was paid for but without original receipt store credit only. Eventhough though I showed them my online banking proof of payment still won’t count wouldn’t even pay attention just said nope that’s not our policy this reminds me why I go to Costco (this is never a problem!) If you’re able to look it up to show that you bought it why not give a refund? So much for trying to keep up with the competition. i tried to explain to the manager that the receipt is probably in my car turned black cause of the thermal paper. and the brilliant manager ROBERT SAID «IT’S OK JUST BRING IT IN». That doesn’t even make sense! Will definitely only be renewing my Costco card this year!

This club’s customer service is terrible. I called about an in-​store pick up order at this location, and after transferring me 3 times, they transferred me over to the pizza ordering line! If you don’t know how to look up my order then tell me to call Sam’s corporate customer service line not transfer me over to order a damn pizza. I rarely come to this one. I always go to the one in City of Industry but they didn’t have the product in stock.

The battery on the CRV was acting up and took it to SAMS. I had parked my CAR and they checked the battery and found out it was nearly dead. It still had some warranty left. I had this battery for over 30 months but still they gave me a discount and I got the new one for $ 25.00 .
I came back impressed, seems like the car drives faster with the new battery.
The priceof a new battery is $ 90.00.

The member services department is painfully slow. The employees are swamped with phone calls and don’t pay enough attention to the task at hand. They try to be friendly but waiting in line for over and hour to exchange something is ridiculous.

After seeing these windshield repair guys here at sams all week!!! I finally talked to them and turns out we got our windshield fixed at no cost.
