Tutor Conflux

In trying to establish a parallel career, I perused the Internet for Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Programs.
I shortlisted a few from the Google search and started making calls. The first thing that struck me upon calling Tutor Conflux is the pace of their tone when they receive your call — they *do not* rush you, they are in no haste to zip-​zap-​zoom through your queries. That won me over (admit, the two other companies I called were brisk!)!!
They asked me about my background, my need to be certified, my educational background, experience/​s, and areas of competency in leading and/​or chairing projects, be it short term or long term (I like that they screen and seek to understand their potential candidate).
They take time to explain the right kind of certification for your needs, the sound reasons for earning the PMP certification, eligibility criteria, and the fun process of getting the certificate. Their website states who the tutors are, what their areas of interest are and their career background — it’s no surprise ’cause they have hired some credibly qualified staff for this job.
I asked and I was promptly presented with an opportunity to speak with one of their tutor — Mr. Rachiraju. He is articulate, deliberate and makes the effort to have you understand the exploration of this classroom experience.
All in all, I signed up for the program after mindfully understanding their instructional hours, and pace. They do if over 36 hours of instructor-​led training, and it entails 5 hours per week self study. They also have class tests during the class, and a hands-​on test of your understanding (test as in gauge, so they scaffold it if you need more time). I like their mock tests!
The one thing I «disliked» for lack of a better word — I, personally, am not big on group discussions and email forums, neither do I like to discuss with peers, because some people like to talk-​and-​talk, with the assumptions that it makes them be the ‘know it all’. I told Mr. Rachiraju that I wouldn’t say much during group discussions.
That said, tutor conflux provides you with the tools to memorize key concepts; staff appreciates timely submission of assignments. And they helped me with technical or subject support.
