Verizon Wireless – Glendora

We had a tenant move out of a rental who had Verizon Fios. They had called numerous times to have Verizon send a box for the equipment and Verizon never did. They moved and left the equipment. I called also and received no help or a box. I called again and the Verizon representative told us to take the equipment to the Verizon store. So following her direction we went to the store on Grand in Glendora. I walked in while my associates waited in the car. I gave the equipment to the manager Roy and asked for him to return the equipment that Verizon had instructed us to return it to the store. I though that the problem was over. Months later I was contacted by the former renter. They told us that they had been sent bills of
$ 600.00 saying that they had not returned the equipment. I called Roy the manager at the Glendora store to ask when he sent the equipment back. I was told by him that he had not returned it that it was not his job. I asked what he did with it and he would not tell me. If the manager does not have the integrity to follow through there’s not much hope for the rest of the employees. I should have read the other reviews!

This is not a Verizon store. It is a wireless store that is distributing Verizon product. I am a Verizon customer and stopped here for help with my equipment and was lied to and given a nasty attitude when I asked questions about the store. I couldn’t make a payment and didn’t receive the service I needed. I ended up getting in my car and driving to the Lone Hill store (where I was greeted with a smile and served with 100% satisfaction). I thought by now this store would be out of business!
Save yourself a lot of frustration and shop elsewhere!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can’t say enough how bad this store is run. The manager could care less of his skills in servicing his clients. If it’s possible stay away from this store and go to a real Verizon store. I got my phone here but after dealing with the manager I am never coming back to this store.

Worst customer service. I asked the employee to help me re-​activate my prepaid phone. I had activated it at this same store @ 2mos ago but never used it. The employee answered a phone call fr a customer and addressed his problem in the midst of ‘helping’ (using the word loosely) me out. In the end, he told me that I have an activated line, but he cannot help me with anything else. He said I needed to go to Verizon in San Dimas who has the capability to help me check my phone number and reactivate the phone. Sad that it’s the closest to home, I’d rather driver farther to get real customer service. That employee needs to be let go for being useless or close this store altogether. Smh

This store has the worst customer service ever. I went to get a charger for my iPhone, I waited for about 10 minutes. Yes 10 minutes in the store just waiting for a hello, or can I help you with anything. I asked the guy if he had a charger for my iPhone 5s. «He said no sir come back tomorrow; we are getting a big shipment in this afternoon. I will put one on hold under your name». So I thought to my self ok I can wait one more day. Next day I returned and talked to someone at the front desk asked about my charger. The guy looks at me with a lost look on his face. «Sorry sir we don’t put anything on hold for people» REALLY I was here yesterday they told me it would be here today. Long story short don’t waste your time. This place is a joke. I went to cvs and paid half price

These associates need help and proper training. Too slow, better atitudes, etc. Customers are always complaining

Charged me phone insurance without telling me. Also, while there were a handful of customers in the store, the employees thought it was good idea for them to share their opinions on spanking/​hitting children with each other. What???

This is not a real Verizon store. Don’t step foot in this place. I paid for my phone with a check, the clerk fat fingered the routing number which resulted in my service being shut off. $ 30 to turn it back on with the line, «oh, we’ll credit your account within 30 days». It’s been a year and I’ve given up to save my sanity. No credit was ever given. I dealt with lies, «it will show up on next month’s statement», and rudeness on the phone as well as snide remarks in the store. I can’t believe people still go to this place. Go to Lone Hill.

This is the worst store ever. WATCH OUT FOR ABRAHAM & CHRIS No customer service skills at all no wonder the manager Chris has none either nor does he listen to your complaint because after you are done he turns around and asks what the problem is.
All they know how to do is sell and upsell. I have a galaxy 5 and thought I needed a different charger because where the cord goes it is longer than than the 4. Did let me know tho if I wanted to buy a case for it I could save money — now how am I saving money by spending more money??? Then asked if I could have them switch my phone number around that would be $ 10 for each Sim card no thank you in all the years of being a Verizon customer I have never paid to do that.
All they are willing to do for me is give me a store credit — what good is a store credit if I am not planning on going in there EVER !!!
All sell no solutions .

Take the real time to go to a real store .luis was very lazy and very sloppy. He was very rude and did not know his job. they need to close this place down giving verizon A bad name

THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE. Had a horrible experience dealing with these awful individuals. Not only was the customer service appalling, when I returned a Hotspot device they never took it off my account and I ended up having to open a case with Verizon in which they ending up blacklisting the device. There is a reason you don’t see people at this store. Beware.

under the management of chris hottman… or should i say mismanagement at the s. grand glendora store… it’s all about the sale at this place no matter how misleading his salesman/​manni pavon ended up being to both my wife and i… first off… this is a «third party» location according to a verizon service rep. that explained that he couldn’t remove the $ 60.00 «upgrade fee» that was charged to our account… both chris & manni claimed we could have it removed by verizon because according to store policy neither chris nor manni could do it… lie #1…next manni said that we would receive a «visa card» for $ 400.00 for the trade-​in value of our two (2ea) iphones that we could use anywhere, however that turned out to be store credit… lie #2…
at this time i am waiting on a $ 150.00 rebate for the purchase of my galaxy s5 that should arrive within 30-days…supposedly it’s another «visa card»…if it turns out to be another «store credit»… i plan to storm into this store for the last time and raise hell… and report them to the better business bureau…
stay clear of this store unless you want to end up as we did…

Had a good experience here after a terrible experience at the store on Lone Hill. The staff was knowledge, fast and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Will never step foot in this store! Worst experience I ever had. Horrible customer service and Management. Manager was suppose to call me but never did so I had to go through verizon wireless to get something done. u

If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. I am a jolly happy person generally and I’ve worked in retail before. But seriously horrible customer service from all three employees. Wouldn’t dare come back.
