Specialties

Since 2001, we’ve been providing effective general contracting and home improvement solutions throughout the Chicagoland area.

We specialize in a variety of residential and commercial projects using current and emerging technology with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We strive for outstanding customer satisfaction and effective general contracting and home improvement solutions. We know your time is valuable, so we work to give you optimal results as quickly as possible.

History

Established in 2001.

We started as a father and son team with Gilbert and Jim Gracia, (Jim, is now the President of the company) working side by side with one another for many years and in all aspects of home remodeling projects.

After several years we had a great referral base business so we hired our first employees and brought in quality sub-contractors. Which, helped us get into the commercial market and expand our business into Commercial Contracting as well. Our first commercial project was Salonblonde on North Ave in Chicago.

In 2007 we completed our first addition in River Grove, IL. This project led us to an 8000 sq.ft. commercial build-out for a high-end salon called, Salon 1800 on Armitage Ave.

Today, even though Gilbert has retired and now having several employees and key sub-contractors we continue to give our clients that personal touch that we started with on our first project.

Meet the Business Owner

James G.

Business Owner

James Gracia, has always been interested in the construction industry. As a young boy he would go with his father on projects he was working on. Learning about the trades little by little from each project he became a skilled carpenter.

He decided to go to college at the age of 22 and earned an Finance Degree from

DePaul University. After graduation he worked for The Northern Trust Company as a Portfolio Analyst for high net worth clients and then as an Account Manager for their Corporate Pension Group.

With his passion for construction still in his heart, he decided to leave the corporate world and start a remodeling company with his father.

As projects became larger and more complex he continued to learn and improve his construction knowledge and expand on his enthusiasm for the construction industry.
