We have been in business since 1986 and under new ownership by Mark Morris since 2005. We strive to 100% satisfy our customers with every custom part they receive from us. With our knowledge we also like to help the average-​every-​day-​Joe build custom parts, spare parts or even just weld broken parts back together. Challenger operates a wide range of lathes, grinders, and milling machines, as well as quality control equipment and processes that ensure each part is a perfect fit for your needs. In addition, Challenger Manufacturing Consultants can re-​engineer and manufacture any OEM part at a significant cost savings.

History

Established in 1986.

Challenger is a family owned and operated company. We opened the doors in 1986 in Golden, Colorado, by manufacturing replacement parts for tea packaging equipment for Celestial Seasonings Teas. Challenger was then sold and purchased by new owners. The company took off from there providing tea packaging companies like Unilever Best (Lipton), R.W. Twining and R.C. Bigelow. Since then we have grown as a company making different parts for a wide range of different companies, such as USGS, General Dynamics, Alegro tea and NREL. We look to keep growing and expanding our horizons, no job is too big or too small for us here at Challenger.
