Business Owner
I was a production welder for about 20 years. Recently, I returned to school to further my education. I graduated with honors from Lamar Community College where I earned my Associates of Science in Pre-Engineering. I earned my Associates of Applied Science in mechanical drafting at Arapahoe Community College, and was on the Presidents List for every semester. I started a business called Bailess Drafting & Design, but soon after that, I found that I missed welding, and decided to offer that to people along with design services.
