My wife and I, along with our dog needed a short term rental when we moved from a tiny island named Saipan. We were nervous never seeing the apartment or meeting anyone in person, but couldn’t afford a hotel in the area so decided to go ahead, after speaking with Sue. Fortunately she had an updated unit in the desired location with full amenities. Having an apartment that felt like home for less than the cost of a hotel helped our transition back to the States go smoothly. Thanks Sue!

Wow okay I hardly know where to start with this one. Each time I’ve spoken on the phone with someone I have been very quickly rushed off and treated like I was not a priority. I had TONS of questions the first day my family and I moved in to our furnished rental as we are from a different state staying here for my husbands work. I could hardly get a word in trying to figure out where to park my car, where to find our parking pass, what time I could move into the unit, everything that I needed to get my two kids into our place because sue always seems so frantic to get off the phone. I could even hear her on the other phone she had when she told me to «hold on», being rude to the other person she was talking to. Employee or client, the way she was speaking to them was just not okay. I needed some help with the AC in our unit and in a very annoyed voice she says «just go to the front desk, ok? They can’t help you faster than we can. If you still need help ill call the owners.» Now, speaking Of the owners, they are the only reason I will give the is place 1 star. They have been more than helpful and have provided us with everything we have needed, even coming to fix the bed that had been broken previous to us moving in. I have not a clue how anyone else has rated this place with 5 stars. Maybe Sue is just rude to me or more likely, the reviews are all bias in some way. I will be THRILLED to be back In my home in Arizona in a month after being here. Good luck, I hope this helps someone out.

Having a speedy relocation timetable, Sue was able to get me into a fully furnished apartment on short notice and for a very reasonable price and worked with me on the lease terms to accommodate my situation. She has been beyond helpful and I would recommend Sue and Realnet to anyone with a similar situation.

Perfect place for a temporary living situation. Good location, month to month lease, good furnishings (including washer & dryer in the unit!) reasonable all inclusive rates, and responsive management. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for an easy, flexible, temporary living situation.

We were extremely pleased with our furnished rental and the customer service Sue provided. She was able to help us out of a jam when we needed furnished housing last minute. The unit met all of our needs, and when we had an issue with a broken closet door she sent someone over to fix it right away, who was courteous and efficient. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very professional to work with. The pricing was very competitive, and the location was perfect. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

Very poor communication and not professional at all. Sue never gave us a walk through. She basically just threw the keys at us. Apparently there was assigned parking that we were never told about and caused our car to be towed… Our only car. Also, the wifi didn’t work. Had to stay home several days so comcast could come and fix it. It kept going out. She didn’t want to pay or stay to try and fix anything. Basically saying its our problem and we need to fix it. Cheap décor and furnishings. The list goes on, that’s not even half of it. Just a HUGE headache and not worth it.
We paid everything in advance FYI. She took our money and disappeared.
Honesty people! Look at the people with 5 starts. They have barely any reviews! I think they’re fake! I would RUN the other way!

We used Realnet for a short term furnished apartment before we could get into our house for two months. I worked out fine. It was a very basic apartment, but it had everything we needed. Not sure what the bad review is about. I think if you get your lease and payment in in a timely manner you will be fine.
