Valerie owes us over a thousand dollars for a security deposit. She has been contacted repeatedly and has offered several excuses. BBB has contacted her about this claim but she refused to answer their inquiries.
While she was our property manager she never set foot on the property… in over a year after signing the contract.

1 Start would be too much for this company!!! I called and wanted to see one of the properties listed and it took her 5+ DAYS to get back to me?! So we saw another house that we REALLY wanted so we decided to give her another shot. My fiancé called her on a Monday and left a message. On Tuesday he called again, leaving a message. On Wednesday he called both numbers listed AND sent an email. It is now Thursday and we STILL haven’t heard anything. I finally called and got a hold of her today and she was so short on the phone and super unfriendly. I feel soooo bad for the people who are trusting her to rent their houses for them. Week after week passes and I see the listing for the same houses and some reduce their price. Well if you are wondering why nobody is renting your house its because SHE NEVER CALLS THEM BACK! :(
