History

Established in 1993.

The PineCrest is located in private home originally built in 1753 but destroyed by fire in 1825. Once the home of the local doctor, the town celebrated July 4th, 1825 with a house razing and re-framed the house in one day. Fully restored in the early 1990’s the property continues to enjoy modern amenities with some great historic character.

Gorham is the little town between the Ocean and the Lake. Located very conveniently half way between Sebago Lake region and the Atlantic. Close to everything to get where you want to be quickly yet far enough to be private and out of the crowded flow of tourists.
