HORRIBLE business!!! The optometrist was okay, but the employees who work out front are less than intelligent, not to mention unfriendly. During my first time here, I walked up to the front desk to check in for my appointment, and one of the ladies was badmouthing the customer ahead of me who had just walked out the door, to the other employee at the front desk, right in front of me, while I waited to be helped. My appointment went well, but when it came time to pay for the exam, when I handed the lady my insurance card (which they never asked for), she acted like she hadn’t seen one before. In addition, I became very frustrated with the service when I had paid for an exam, and wanted to get my contacts fitted somewhere else (they charge a separate fee for the fitting, which was very high compared to other area optometrist offices). They were very rude in person and over the phone in trying to resolve the matter. Because of the non-​existent customer service, and rude employees I will not be returning, and would recommend any one else find somewhere else that values your business.
