Established in 2001.

Steve started as a State Farm agent in May 2001 in Granada Hillls, CA. He handles Auto, Fire, Life, and Health Insurance along with any Banking products offered through State Farm! We have knowledgeable staff that are friendly and very helpful in the times you need us most because of a claim, or just to protect your future earnings through life insurance. Steve has been a State Farm agent since May 2001. His passion is meeting with clients and helping them uncover needs that not only help protect them in case of a claim, but also help them realize their dreams. Steve was the President of the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce in 2007 and has served on the board of directors since 2002. He is very active in the community and has even mentored many other State Farm insurance agents.

This particular State Farm team is amazing. I requested a quote, and within minutes Nate replied to my request. Moments later I bought my policy. The customer service is also A1. Since I’ve purchased the policy I’ve had a few questions. I’ve called twice, both Diane and Nate were knowledgeable and helpful with any question I had.

I’ve been with State Farm forever and there are many good reasons, so I’ll tell you a couple of my experiences! Once I got talked into getting an insurance quote from ***. They quoted a much lower price for the «same coverage.» I told them I’d think about changing and called Steve Baker’s office immediately. They said to come over any time. We went over both coverages and I was amazed how much I would have given up if I went with the other company for the lower amount. They must have seen me coming! What a con job! Once again, State Farm is #1!!!
Diane Campos is another reason. She makes everything so easy. They insure my three cars and house. In return, I have peace of mind and don’t have to worry about my coverage. It’s that simple. I sold one car and all I had to do was call Diane. She took care of the rest and sent me an email verifying the call. Why make life hard when you don’t have to? If you’re not insured with Steve Baker and Diane, why bother? Just sayin’…

I’m sure she has a thousand other customers, but she somehow finds the time to help me with all things insurance related. Can’t say enough good about her and State Farm, other than thank you!

First of all, her response time is amazing. She will get back to your emails right away.
Second, her knowledge is extensive. Insurance stuff isn’t always easy to understand. Not only does she answer all of my questions, but she takes the time and gives me examples to help me truly understand.
Third, her honesty. She helped me determine exactly what I needed especially when we signed up for earthquake insurance.

Over the many years of doing business with many firms, I have noticed that my primary reason for buying goods or services offered by competitive businesses, has more to do with the attitude of the people who own or are employed by that business than anything else. Steve Baker and his team at State Farm insurance in Granada Hills Ca. perfectly reflect that thought. Diane, Steve’s office manager over the many years, just simply takes care of business and she does so with an attitude that clearly reflects that she cares. Whenever I talk to her it feels like I am talking to a friend and that perception doesn’t change whether I’m contacting her to add to or reduce my existing coverage.

I’ve been insured with State Farm since 1972. When I came to Los Angeles 24 years ago, I went with what is now Steve Baker in Granada Hills. I’ve had nothing but outstanding over the top service. State Farm has always had my back. When I had a bad smash with my F-​150, State Farm went to bat with me. It saved my truck and, when there were issues with the body shop, State Farm took them to task and insisted the problem be corrected. I have life insurance and homeowners with State Farm. I get real personalized service from Steve Baker and Diane Campos. Before Mona Buring retired from State Farm/​Steve Baker, she took great care of me. Oh sure, there are cheaper insurance companies out there — but would you want to take that chance? I wouldn’t…

I am not even sure where to start. I have insured my cars and home with Steve for many many years. At one point, I left Statefarm thinking I would save $ 10 per month. That was the worst mistake ever!!!
