Fast Trak Quick Lube

I’ve gotten a quick oil change here and couple of times and it has been very fast and convenient as I work right down the road and can get quick service on my lunch hour.
HOWEVER, I decided to get my tires rotated one fateful day while getting my oil change. One of the biggest mistakes I could have made! This $ 20 rotation ended up costing me $ 500. About two weeks after the rotation my car was making my terrible noises in the left front tire. I took my car into the dealership to get it checked out. Prognosis: the last person who put my tires back on (no one had touched my tires since the rotation) had hand tightened the studs resulting in ALL but one of them breaking and destroying my wheel. I needed the whole nine yards replaced not to mention the fact they said at any moment my wheel could have potentially fallen off and caused serious damage and resulted in an accident. So thanks for putting my life at risk and and making my pay a ridiculous amount of money for your careless mistake!

They gave me the service checklist at the end that actually said they lubricated door hinges (they never opened the doors) washed my windows (they didn’t touch the windows) checked my tire pressure (nope) and whatever else they didn’t do that that they said they did on the checklist (unfortunately I couldn’t see if they did everything else they listed as complete because it wasn’t visible)
Either way, they lost me on my first visit. I probably would have gone back there every time with simple, honest service.
My expectations are not that high for an oil change but do what you say you will…

Quick place to get ones oil changed!!! They will wash your windows, check all the fluids in your car, oil the doors, and change filters all within about 15 minutes. You really can’t go wrong with the speed and convenience in my mind. They are also right next to a car wash if you feel like stepping it up a notch and getting the car spiffed up…
