Yay! Love Frosty Boy! I am so glad it is within walking distance of my apartment. Before that, there was no place around here to get some good ol’fashioned ice cream! The lemon soft serve is delish! I love the chocolate and vanilla soft serve too. Some places have soft serve that tastes kind of plasticky to me but this stuff is so good! I recommend the S’more flurry or my personal favorite, a peanut butter and strawberry milk shake… tastes like a PB&J!
There is a small fee (.25) for credit/​debit card users so if that isn’t your thang, bring cash!

First off– they close at 10 not 9! they have vegan ice cream softserve! So very delicious. What a nice treat and so rare to find vegan ice cream at an ice cream shop!

Frosty boy is great! It is conveniently located right on the corner of Ann and Plainfield. It was formerly Dizzy Dog but now has a new owner who has already given it a fresh coat of paint, new signs and it’s great!
They have soft ice cream, hard dip ice cream and a few food products which include hot dogs, onion rings and french fries I believe.
If you are in the area – check it out! She has already opened for the 2015 summer season!
Also, there is a fee for using a credit/​debit card so bring some cash!
