Grand Rapids Scooter was founded by Paul Loftus and Jason Hart. We are two scooter enthusiasts who saw an opportunity in the 50cc moped scooter market both locally and nationally. In our research we found two main challenges other scooter enthusiasts were having to face when deciding which scooter would be the best over all value for them to buy.
