Couldn’t be happier with the service! The owner and son are just the nicest, down to earth people ever. When I purchased my car, I felt so comfortable and they didn’t try to push the sale. My husband loved them so much that when his Volkswagen CC had an issue and the VW dealership was giving him a hard time with the warranty, he called Phil up for advice. What also really impressed me was their repair garage. I’ve never seen a garage so clean, ever. You can tell they really take pride in their business. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience.

I couldn’t agree with Nate’s review more. Joe sold me a used car under the presupposition that it was in great condition and had never been in an accident. There were no records we could find that would negate that.
The front bumper was the first indicator — it started to pull away from the frame. i took it up with Joe, and he said he would fix it «at cost». $ 600 later i got the car back with the front bumber zip tied to the frame’s clips. Infuriating. later, after a small fender bender required my taking it into another shop for body work, we found a massive amount of bondo and a bent frame — it was obvious that it had been in a serious accident before the original purchase. The problem wasn’t that it had been in an accident so much as the deception Joe used and obvious nature of the car’s state upon another consultation.
I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Wow!!! Just frekin Wow!!! Had some burn outs from a previous dealership that involved heavy inflation on the prices because they seen the car I drove and assumed I could afford lots. I was in despair attempting to find anyone who would work on my car. I called Greg in service— Awesome guy btw. Was completely honest! Made an appointment, went above an beyond. I live in ludington, but I will continue to make a trip to GR when my car needs servicing. Fan for life! Casey you were right and thank you for the referral.
